    Convenient location.

    Pros: The staff was friendly. The location was close to the train station. The complimentary shuttle to Hakata station was great, the price was reasonable. The person serving breakfast was polite and helpful. The room was extremely warm and I could not sleep the first night, ended up opening the window on the second day. The toilet did no flush well.Vc

    For a couple of nights OK.

    Pros: Very good location, nice staff, right amenities in the room. Very small bed, but still was comfortable for 2 big European people.
    Cons: Noisy, we can hear cars in the streets, neighbours, luggage in a corridor etc. The room has very rough corners, outdated.

    Pros: Walking distance from Hakata station and Subway Gion station. Room was small but clean. Breakfast was a real added value. Free tea and bath salt as amenities were a nice touch.
    Cons: Tiny room, good for one night but few days with luggage could be a challenge. Slightly difficult to find the hotel at first.
