Cons: Dear Booking Customer Support, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at this hotel which I booked through your platform. My experience has left me deeply frustrated and disappointed, and I believe it is crucial to bring this matter to your attention. Upon checking into the hotel, I was informed that they had placed a preauthorization hold of 300 on my credit card. This preauthorization charge was never mentioned in the hotel's policy or during the booking process on your website. I find this lack of transparency completely unacceptable. Customers should be fully informed about any potential charges before booking, and no charges should be made without explicit authorization. To make matters worse, I was unable to reach anyone at the hotel to discuss this issue. It took me several attempts and multiple phone calls before I could finally get in touch with someone from the hotel staff. During my stay, I noticed that even with 300 charge applied to my card I HAD NO ROOM, so I had to pay one night to receive the KEYS, not once, but three times, and this continued until the last day of my stay. This level of incompetence and disregard for a guest's financial well-being is simply inexcusable. I expect that Booking.com ensures that its partner hotels adhere to fair and transparent policies when it comes to charges and preauthorizations. It is essential for the trust and credibility of your platform that customers are not subjected to hidden fees and unauthorized charges.

Pros: The staff were friendly and we were able to check into our room immediately. The room was small but relatively comfortable with towels provided.

Cons: This hotel was a relatively low price so arguably we got what we paid for. The room was slightly scruffy with burn marks on the sheets, a few hairs in the bathroom and insects around the room. Breakfast was quite limited with no fresh fruit.

Super simple but perfect overnight stay

Pros: Hotel close to Palace Versailles. The staff were helpful and very kind.

Cons: Bathroom is so small. Air conditioning wasn't working. Weather wasn't so hot, so I didn't need air conditioning but it would be nice if it was working.

Uncomfortable stay and minimal access to any services or eating places ... poorly serviced

Cons: Very cramped room even by Motel standard .... room key didn't work and no one at reception for 40 minutes. Air conditioning didn't work in the whole site and we had to ask for towels.
