    Pros: The staff at the reception and the housekeepers are really nice. They listen to the clients' requirement. Good location and warm bed
    Cons: Several: 1. the elevator is very slow. I usually need to wait for more than 3 min. 2. Should have good breakfast at 19th floor. But it turns out to be the service to room. I doubt the reason of fear of affection. Because the restaurant on the 19th floor opens everyday in the noon and night. The takeaway breakfast is just so so. 3. The housekeeper usually just ignore the signal of "Clean the room now".

    Fabulous

    Pros: Nice hotel with great location! Comfortable room, comfortable bed! The room is not huge, its rather small, but in Hong Kong you just need a bed to sleep! I liked the bathroom as well. Staff is nice and helpful! Great roof top bar

    Cons: i like pretty much nothing personel were unprofessional esspecially manager and others were unhelpful breakfast is not good not enough room so small noise ac only making cold elevators wasnt clean you cant get fresh air you will get cold if you stay there more than 3 nights

    Pros: 1. room size big although dont understand why the bed set so close to window side that the space between desk and bed is too narrow 2. free snack bar although just a a bag of popcorn plus two small bottles of drink 3. rooftop terrace is scenic
    Cons: 1. wall seems too thin that even switches flipping in next room can easily be heard 2. lighting switches set at the bedside at pillow level, so it was easily being falsely pressed and took some time to find them at first 3. Although its nice to have USB charging ports at the mini bar, but it is way too far from bed
