    Overall very unpleasant yet pricey...

    Pros: Views were great, great bar inside the building.
    Cons: Fireplace damper did not work despite being open, caused a ton of smoke to pour into the room. Staff could not accommodate. Not enough towels in room (only 3 provided) Outdoor hot tub didn’t work Website says guaranteed parking but no spots were available Says ski in and ski out- definitely not there’s a large hill to climb up and a road to walk in between property and lift

    Pros: clean, comfortable and great view of the mountain. Kitchen had plenty of pots, pans and dinnerware
    Cons: tv’s were difficult to use(mstr bedroom never worked) had to have a wrecker pull me out of the driveway, and I have 4WD! Its downhill and curved! A heads up about using the driveway during heavy snow would have been helpful.

    Cons: Washer/ dryer listed as a part of accommodations. Not in the condo- almost all other condos there have them. No full length mirror, which would be easy to add.

    Great location and clean. More...

    Pros: Right in the middle of Mt. Crested Butte. Easy to get to once you find it the first time. Clean rooms. Kitchen was nice. Right on the slopes though we were there in the summer. Friendly staff.
    Cons: No directions as to where to find the reception desk. Could have just said go the The Plaza to check in. One car allowed for a three bedroom condo is not good. Had to park in overflow parking a good distance from the condo. Confusing to find your room because room 402 doesn't necessarily mean your on floor 4. Some maintenance needed to be done like loose faucets, no weather strip on front door, etc... small stuff.

    Disappointing

    Disappointing

    Pros: The pictures of the property were not an accurate representation of this unit. The unit was incredibly small and dated. Had I known, I would have chosen a different room. The location was excellent.

    Pros: Very clean. Comfortable bed & pillows. Toasty warm. Well equipped.

    Would not rent here again

    Cons: Photos shown were NOT of actual unit. Badly dated kitchen. Upsetting smell upon entering unit. Huge amount of stairs to get into the unit from parking area and this was not disclosed. Slate floors look nice but are incredibly cold, even in summer.
