Very nice and relaxing location - would definitely stay here again

Pros: Check in was easy and simple (complimentary glass of champagne a nice touch). Our view of the water was great from our patio and ok from our room. We were right next to the pool, and we did not use it, but did enjoy the tiki bar right there. Very nice to have the beach area, kayaks and pier to hang out on and enjoy. So nice to be in walking distance to Lazy Days for dinner. We would stay here again and are very glad we incorporated it into our 30th anniversary trip!

Cons: Parking could have been a little better, but still wasn't bad. We just didn't have a parking spot with our room, so had to park anywhere we could find a spot. A nice touch to have the washer and dryer, but they were a little tricky to use.

We cannot wait to return!

Pros: Upon check in we were offered champagne or water. It is smaller family owned, we actually had the pleasure of meeting Katie during our stay. We took a boat tour with Ian where he took us to Alligator reef lighthouse to the sandbar and captured a beautiful sunset on the way back! We saw lobster, manatee, sea turtle, sea ray, horse shoe crab all from the resort or going on paddle board/kayaks available onsite. We had a family of dolphins swimming along our boat wake after Ian was able to entice them to play! They also had bicycles and a laundry facility on-site with a pool side bar staffed with excellent servers.

Beautiful, super clean, smaller resort right on the water, near lots of great restaurants !

Pros: We believe we were upgraded to a better room when we arrived, much closer to the water, greatly appreciated ! The property is always spotless. Super comfy king size bed. Love the pool and the use of bicycles, kayaks and paddle boards ! Walking distance to a great breakfast spot, and very close to many awesome restaurants.

Cons: Happy hour was not happy.....the bartender ( I think a fill in bartender that day) acted like it was a bother to serve us. Also we know it can't be controlled by the owner of the property, but each time we stay, there is a rowdy bunch on the saturday night which spoils it for everyone else on the property.

The Keys

Pros: People were nice. We didn't get to use the pool, but it looked very nice and the view was great. Close to the dive shop we were using.

Cons: Not many outlets for charging and shower very small.

Pros: The first room was not good it had a very bad chemical smell so they moved us the next day. It had a large kitchen and a bed. no where to sit. The little cottage we had next was very nice had a little kitchen, living room, and bedroom.

Wonderful place to stay. I will recommend this place & hopefully return in the future.

Pros: Location was good. Loved the quaintness of the resort. The air conditioner works fantastic. The usage of the paddle board & kayak was a nice bonus. Pool was nice, but way too warm.

Cons: The pool water was way too warm. Maybe some cold water could have been added.
