Cons: Disconnect between reception and housekeeping. Housekeeping would have walked in on us at 9:20am if we hadnt put the chain on the door. They asked if we wanted anything made up but we were leaving by 10am. OK for a 1 night stay but kitchen and bedroom very dated. Not worth 310 Australian dollars for 1 night. Will return to Phillip Island but to a different accommodation.

Cons: Beds were a bit too firm. Unfortunately due to the construction next door the noise in afternoon until evening the day we arrived and then started early next morning again. Information regards to Pool and spa access was not given to us and the cover was on the spa.

Pros: Excellent location. Spacious and functional three bedroom apartment. Polite and efficient staff at reception who were quick to respond to questions.

Cons: I had not realised that there was one toilet for three bedrooms. There were two showers though.
