Comfortable, great value and location.

Pros: This was an executive suite, very large with a small kitchenette, sofa, desk, nice bathroom and a shower with lots of hot water and good water pressure. The bed was a very comfortable king size, marble floors and big windows. The location in Zona Rosa give you lots of walking access to some of the cities best neighborhoods. Plenty of good dining in the area. Housekeeping came daily with fresh towels and bottled water.

Cons: The breakfast at the hotel was a little on the expensive side so I ate off premises and found very reasonable places with good offerings nearby. I couldn't figure out how to get the TV to work but I didn't really mess with it much as I had plenty of things to do beside watch TV.

There was an odor, the lifts didnt work, staff not helpful and not a place Id recommend. The beds were rocks.

Pros: The proximity to the great neighbourhoods but thats it.

Cons: The staff were not engaging or helpful. Always sitting around on their mobiles barely working. The cleaning people watch tele novelas on their mobiles and not cleaning.

Pros: It was within walking distance to most of the neighborhoods we wanted to explore. Alot of restaurants, bars, cafes, and stores in the area.

Cons: There are two hotels with the same name. Taxi and ubers always dropped us off the other one. Maybe its the original location?

The staff were very helpful. The breakfast and dinner was very good. Not included in the price.

Pros: The room was spacious for two adults. The room was comfortable, Air condition worked well.

Cons: The toilet flush was very slow and took time in between two people using the toilet.

Pros: The room, which I finally got, is spacious.

Cons: For the 6 nights, they wanted to put me in a windowless room half the size I booked. When I told the bellman this is not my room, he insisted that it is indeed the "deluxe" room. Windowless, aha. Red flag. I insisted getting my booked room, so eventually they changed it. The whole building is wobbly. On the 6th floor I definitely felt the swing, movement while sitting still. Not for the faint hearted. The windows don't insulate well, so barely could sleep due to the loud traffic noise. The cleaners are really unprofessional. They loudly shout and laugh across the corridor when communicating with each other. Shameful. The emptied shampoo bottle was never refilled, just put back to its place. For the price, one could have a nicer experience. Not recommended.

Pros: Close to lots of attractions

Cons: The kitchenette was completely bare, no utensils or cooking equipment which rendered the space completely useless. Also no coffee which was advertised. The tap water was brown the first day we stayed and we were not informed that if you remover the drain cover in the bathroom, the entire suite will smell like sewerage. We kept it covered after finding out the hard way. Also the staff were hot and cold, didn't respond to a request until the 3rd time we asked.

Pros: Great location close to lots of restaurants and cafes. Very spacious room and bathroom. Wifi worked well. Shower pressure was adequate.

Cons: Very noisy. We could hear the guests upstairs walking around constantly . We could also hear guests on the same floor either in the rooms or in the hallways, staff were noisy early in the mornings too in the hallways. Plumbing noise was also noticeable from upstairs and other rooms. 3 out of 4 nights we were woke up very late or very early due to noise.
