A lovely hotel and excellent value for money

Pros: I thought the hotel was lovely, fabulous location with a promenade and a few wonderful sandy coves within a few minutes walk. The two outside pools were small but really nice and the bar staff and all the staff were super nice.

Cons: I dont think there was anything we didnt like really but if I had to think of something the only thing is I would have preferred hotter food at the buffet.

Pros: Hotel feels renovated, working staff is very welcoming and helpful. Food is amazing. Entertaining team did very good job. Koukou move dance 4 life

Cons: Rooms could be bigger. No shuttle straight to location, taxi costs around 70.

Can be better...

Pros: The location of the hotel is ideal. Easy to get around from here and the beach is small and very family orientated. Shallow water for children. The staff were lovely and very helpful in the hotel. Plenty of options for breakfast and even provided with gluten free bread buns when asked for.

Cons: We found the hotel quite dated as a four star. There is only one lift on either end of the hotel, they are old, small and very slow. The corridors to the rooms were stuffy and airless and grubby. The front of the hotel does not have enough parking and no pavement or walkway into the hotel from the street so you have to walk through the car barrier. The hotel room was smallish with no where to store suitcases. No plug sockets by the bedsides. No where to hang flannels in the shower. Very small bathroom. No toiletries. There was only hand soap, shower cap and shampoo. Walking down to the beach there are unfinished steps and the last step is very high which you then land onto dirt and rocks which is quite dangerous. It was also just littered with countless cigarette butts where employees take their breaks.

Pros: Pretty much everything. The location, the food. The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and pleasant. The beach was amazing too. Our kids loved every minute of their stay.

Amazing hotel, Worth staying here

Pros: Amazing hotel, right on the beachfront with amazing views. We enjoyed everything about the hotel, the food, the room, the view, the pool, the beaches right next to it, the entertainment at night, the staff. We had a small baby with us and felt very comfortable. Will be revisiting soon.

Reception staff were miserable and mean spirited. Entertainment team done there very best in a sub standard environment.

Pros: Cleaning staff were lovely helpful and friendly.

Cons: The pool was disgusting murky and oily , wasnt fit for purpose and didnt meet with hygiene standards.
