    Exceptional

    Spring break with friends

    Pros: The hotel was beautiful! We were a group of 10, and we all loved the charm of this hotel. It was comfortable and nicely decorated. Also, the location of the hotel is very central, and within minutes of everything you might want to do. The staff was super nice, too. They recommended we go to the Ruby Slipper next door for breakfast or brunch, and what a treat that was. We ate there every day we loved it so much. We would definitely book there again. No hesitation.

    It was not a good...

    Pros: The beds were comfortable and it was quite.
    Cons: The frig in our room was broken the whole time we where there, we had very bad wifi acess, when we arrived it took 2 hrs to get a key to our room. When we left we called for our car 30 min before leaving and it still wasn't ready when we came down, the lady at the desk said the they were not answering their phone. we were almost late for a flight. This is the second time we have stayed there and I don't think we will be back. I also thought it was strange that there was no phone in the room

    Superb

    Pros: Loved the esthetics! Very cute 1920s feel. Very clean too! The location was great! I walked to everything I needed!

    Pros: Very conveniently located. Nice room.
    Cons: Room had no window. Too dark. Area outside hotel not nice (not hotel’s fault). Water pressure in bathroom sink to high.

    Good vibes, great location

    Pros: Great location, close to the center. The furnishings are nicely done.
    Cons: Our room had no windows. If we would have stayed longer, I would have asked for a different room.

    Pros: The location was perfect. We walked to most of our destinations. The street is one way and pretty quiet.

    Close (walking distance) to convention...

    Pros: Lunch and Dinner can be obtained next door at "The Ruby Slipper". Pelham would make reservations for you. Quiet. Very clean, cleaning service 1st rate.
    Cons: Meager selection of drinks at the front desk.

    Pros: Comfy beds, friendly staff, great location in easy walking distance of the French Quarter. Nice cafe next door for breakfast (the Ruby Slipper).
    Cons: A little noisy some nights because of a parade in the street outside. Would have liked more storage space in the room e.g. a chest of drawers to unpack clothes into.
