    I hope to see enhancements in above areas during my future visits. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with great potential

    Pros: The housekeeping and breakfast staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The breakfast spread offered a wide variety of choices and the food was delicious. The bedding was satisfactory.
    Cons: I believe there is room for improvement in the level of service provided during the check-in process to meet the standards expected of a five-star establishment. Additionally, the bathroom in the room felt a bit outdated

    Comfortable Stay

    Pros: During our recent stay in Karachi, we chose to stay at the PC Hotel due to its convenient location, friendly staff, delicious food, and great amenities. I was particularly impressed with the front desk staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. In addition to the excellent service at the front desk, all staff throughout the hotel were friendly and professional. I express my gratitude to the whole staff at Marco Polo for their fantastic service and the delicious breakfast they provided. Other dinner options, such as Chandni and Tai Pan, are delicious too and could be considered to increase buffet options. The hotel's amenities were of a good standard, and the children's play area was an excellent option for families with children. Overall, I want to thank the hotel for their warm hospitality and express my willingness to stay there again.
    Cons: There is nothing negative to say about the facility. However, we recommend that they re-evaluate their policy regarding the complimentary fruits that were only offered on the first day instead of throughout the entire stay. The rooms require thorough deep cleaning, and it would be great if this could be addressed.

    Pros: i booked deluxe room but due to availability of executive room, property upgraded my room with same cost, i left a book there and property sent it to me free of cost through courier, breakfast was good but could be improved with addition of more nuts and cream yogurt, fruits were adequate in breakfast, service was also upto mark, executive lounge was also fine
    Cons: normally complementary biscuits/ sweets/ macrons are offered for executive rooms, here only complimentary some fruits were offered, other facilities were fine
