    Nice place, let down by...

    Pros: Great design, good condition, lovely pools. Quiet and generally welcoming.
    Cons: Housekeeping hit and miss, beds cleaned but half hearted attempt elsewhere including trash from previous guests still in room. Nobody offered to help with bags, or answered room service or front desk. In room dining more like takeout from pool bar. However lots of food choices in the area so not a huge issue. Shuttle to town or beach offered but only every two hours and way too small so always full. Expect to drive to take a taxi.

    Pros: I liked the view from our room. Very relaxing. And the keriug machine in our room was very convenient.
    Cons: Loved the different pools, just wished the kids pool wasn't so close to the "The Sanctuary" adult pool. Couldn't really relax with the kids screaming and playing right on the side of you.

    Had a lovely holiday, the...

    Pros: Rooms were clean and comfortable, pool and bar areas were good. Reception and concierge were welcoming and helpful.
    Cons: Service around the complex wasn’t the best. Breakfast took forever to arrive and had to keep asking our server continuously, room door was left wide open by the cleaner when we were out for the evening, rang valet parking for our car and still had to wait over half an hour to get it it, disappointing.

    Pros: Attractive property. I particularly liked the multiple swimming pools surrounded by beautiful tropical plants - it felt very relaxing.
    Cons: It’s slightly outside the main square (a couple of miles) so you need to drive or use the shuttle.

    Enjoyed our stay, friendly staff...

    Pros: Liked the multiple pools, was able to relax or hang out depending on mood. Enjoyed the patio and beach loungers outside our room.
    Cons: Gym had nice amenties but tight during morning rush when many were trying to use and no treadmills working.

    Pros: Great location. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was spacious as well. They had upscale branded shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. There was fridge and microwave in the room. Room had pool view.
    Cons: I did not like that there is no FREE parking and only vallet parking is available.
