Terrible hotel in Nantes without comfort!!!

Pros: I liked the nice Afro-French guys at the reception, but I didnt like that when they moved me to another room, it was just as cold and noisy and it was impossible to sleep until 5 am. Since the windows overlook the bar and nightclubs, loud music can be heard until 6 am. It's completely impossible to sleep even with earplugs! There was a very nice African security guard who opened the doors for me when I arrived at the hotel in the evening!

Cons: Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with this hotel... I froze in my room, got sick there with severe bronchitis, sinusitis and high fever. I slept dressed under a blanket, a winter down jacket and a hat. It was impossible to take a shower because it was cold there. I didn't sleep at night for several days because loud music with bass, rap and heavy metal was constantly playing. Nearby there were nightclubs and bars, where young people had fun with alcohol until the morning. It was like a nightmare. The hotel has no restaurant, no room service, no phone in the room to call the front desk.

Cons: Bad hotel in Nantes. The room is very cold. No double glazing. It is impossible to sleep until 5 am. Until all the bars and clubs close. Lack of usual things in the kitchen for cooking.

Cons: The floor has been glued to the room since the first day, and no one has cleaned the room or changed the towels in 5 days. In the bathroom doesn't work one light and equipments were very old and a little broken.

Pros: Good location, in the heart of the center, close to train station. Feeling safe at night when returning. Comfy room with everything it needs.

Cons: The receptionist on the arrival day was really unpleasant. It seemed like we disturbed him and made us feel uncomfortable for asking basic questions. He doensn't have people skills at all. The others were nice to us, but this one "welcoming" us on the arrival day left us a unpleasant feeling.
