Pros: The hotel staff was very helpful and gave us complimentary breakfast and chocolates to celebrate our honeymoon. The hotel also offers complimentary snacks every day at 6pm.

Cons: The gym was closed due to renovations, while they still advertise it in their pictures.

Cons: We used to be a frequent guest at Park Tower before it was sold and the COVID-19 pandemic. It was our first time in Buenos Aires after the COVID-19 This hotel used to be a very good reference for us and we used to stay there almost everytime with no regrets. But unfortunatelly, this is not the same hotel that we used to know. Our experience started during check-in that took 20 minutes at 11:00 PM. Our bags took another 45 minutes to get to the room, being delivered after 12:00 AM. The room service was a joke and when we complained it for the third time, the attendent just hung up the phone and did not answer anymore. The window lock was broken and the noise from the train station and the avenue did not allowed us to have a good night of sleep. The window was so dirty that is just discussing (see picture attached). On the next day, when we arrived to the room, we noticed it was not cleaned and we requested housekeeping. After the 3rd time, the house keeper came in with a look that she was doing a favor to clean the room at 5:00 PM. We asked her to change the BED LINEN with the same quality of the other bed and she answered in a very rude way, that she didn't have it and would not do it. We asked what and why and again she said she would not do it. When I spoke to m my wife in Portuguese about the way she was talking to us and her behaviour, then housekeeper said that she speaks Portuguese so she knew what we were speaking!!!. We told her to leave the room and we filled a compaint at the front desk, We left the hotel 4 days before we were supposed to and we never come back!!!!! WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!!! It is a sinking Titanic and not an Exclusive hotel as they sell it. We were supposed to spend New Years in Buenos Aires that becamse a nightmare!!!!!

Pros: Location of the hotel was very good for access to the city center. Room was clean and comfortable with great bathroom facilities and products. The gym was very good by hotel standards. The breakfast was great.

Cons: The decoration of the room felt a little dated. The couch in particular seemed very old and slightly unclean. The TV was old with a poor quality picture.

Pros: beautiful hotel and room and very comfortable.

Cons: check in is 3pm and I came back at 5 - room still wasnt ready. I waited another hour and was told I would get an email when the room is ready but never did. Went to reception to check and they said my room had been ready but nobody communicated this to me. Additionally I was hit with a 21% city tax which I wasnt informed about when I booked the room. When I checked out the receptionist just had the attitude that she wanted me to leave.
