Pros: The rooms were clean and enough coffee and tea were made available. The beds were clean and all facilities in real good useable condition. Overall a good one

Cons: The room didn't have 1. a toaster 2. a microwave (though a common one was provided) The most important thing was .. that the house keeping entered the room without my permission (or my knowledge). They should provide door cards which says whether to enter or not.

Pros: The staff were super helpful with good communication. Our flight was delayed 11 hours, so we had to check in really late. They were very kind and helpful and went out of their way for us. The rooms and facilities were clean and the kitchen facilities fresh.

Cons: The photos weren't reflective of the aging and older condition of the rooms we stayed in. Some duvets need replacing. The outdoors, gardens, pathways, and stairwells are in need of a renovation. Outdoors is not very well lit at all.
