Having never stayed in an all-inclusive hotel I was a bit wary. It was great!

Pros: The many options were overwhelming. When I didn't see fried eggs I asked and the cook responded, of course. Good service.

It was a good stay. Staff spoke very good English. Many to praise, but Gilberto +Santos come to mind

Pros: Good, food plenty of options. They let my wife make a breakfast plate and wrapped it in plastic to take up to the room as they don't have room service. Reserved in the Italian Restaurant for one evening. Food and service was excellent. There had been a mix up with our reservation which was resolved, though there were only two tables receiving service, so not sure why it took so long to sort it out? The "Funtastic Team" kept the pool hopping with their games and antics.

Cons: Although we love children, I don't feel they should be allowed in the swim up bar area. They take up seats, inadvertently splash other guests while they are playing. Maybe cordon off a kid free zone in the swim up bar an area? Mini Bar in room would have been nice for an all inclusive.

Pros: The personnel is very outgoing. Always friendly with a smile. Always helpful. The balcony and views. The food was always plenty. Lots of variations and good.

Cons: Mostly the loud music until 2 am from the disco. There is no no location from our wing where it is not heard. And sometimes there are only few people in there and everyone against there will must listen to it. It should be just loud enough so that people can enjoy and relax without having to wait until 2 am. The pool is usually overcrowded during schools holidays. Not fitted for swimmers.

I dont think I would stay at this hotel again, I was expecting a lot more for the price paid.

Pros: I really liked that rooms were clean and spacious. House keeping was amazing, left our valuables out and nothing was taken.

Cons: Breakfast and dinner, not many food options were available. No kid friendly options. Pool in my opinion was not thoroughly cleaned, hairs in pool, and pool made my kids sick.

We had an OK stay at the hotel, but we will not return. The hotel is not value for the money anymore

Pros: The hotel have a good location, right next the beach and with a beautiful view of the sea. The hotel have a large kid friendly pool area (I would say from +4 and above). You can also walk directly from the pool area to the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the activities at the pool area was fun to join and watch.

Cons: I have visited the hotel before and the quality have sadly gone downhill since our last visit like 4-5 years ago. Furthermore many COVID19 regulations was not followed. The COVID regulations was in large followed by the staff, but the staff didn't enforce the rules against the visitors. E.g a lot of people didn't use mask in the public areas, like restaurants, pool area and elevators etc. The food was far below average, and we had the feeling that we were eating almost the same variant of the same food at each service. The general installation and rooms are also calling for either an upgrade or general maintenance.

The resort was good value for its price our stay may have been different if it wasnt Mexican spring break.

Pros: on the 20th floor our ocean view was exceptional! The large suites were nice as well.

Cons: All activities were in Spanish. getting a chair by the pool was very difficult as people placed their belongings on chairs early in the morning.
