    Pros: Location to a Function in Parap.
    Cons: A day late email about checking in procedure and contact details with no staff on duty for advice. The amenities are basic but the price compares with higher rated properties in Darwin. The edge this over- priced basic amenities hotel has is convenient location. The pool, is not maintained and is a mould flooded bacteria nightmare.

    Cons: I have an Electric Vehicle, and would have appreciated being able to charge it overnight - even from a standard 10Amp 3 pin socket.

    Disappointing

    Needs refurbishing...

    Pros: The beds were good (not too hard, not too soft) and the sheets were nice and soft. Though we had a stain in one of them.
    Cons: It was quite dirty, especially the bathroom. Mouldy caulk and grout. One wall of tiles was coming loose. I know it's part of the climate, but we had 4 cockroaches in our room (the climate just asks for better cleaning). The floating table top was coming loose. It was really noisy. You could hear people talk from other rooms, especially the ones with kids. The AC was really noisy. Sometimes it started squeaking like mad. Probably a shot bearing or a slipping belt. Also the condensation outlet of two other AC's was dripping on the outside unit of our AC, so early in the morning we had a constant dripping noise on metal sound. The lighting in the room was very bright. They only had these fluorescent lights (which I have in my garage) instead of the nice hotel style lights on the pictures. All in all it wasn't that bad. But we personally feel it was A LOT of money for what we got.
