We had a wonderful and pleasant stay at Pantellia Suites. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Wonderful and welcoming

Pros: Best location in Fira's centre and with the most beautiful views of the caldera. The rooms are good and big with comfortable beds. The pre-ordered breakfasts which are very good are served on the terraces at an agreed time. The pool is perfect for small refreshments and has a wonderful view too. The staff is very helpful and very friendly.

Cons: No complains. Everything fits: top location, stunning views, comfy rooms, best service, and good price for Santorini. Unfortunately too many stinky boats in the caldera, but nothing to do with the hotel...

Pros: The whole set up from all the staff..site manager George, staff also George and, stelios.. every member of other staff were so amazing hosts and very helpful with their service assistance and advice.. The property was amazing with fantastic location clean bright and made our experience in Fira stunning and unforgettable.This place is located within walking distance to the main bus station. Amazing Noussa restaurant (must try)..and the centre.. Thank you all at Pantelia ..we will be staying again and recommend without hesitation.

Pros: The staff were so friendly and helpful with everything and anything we asked for - the location was perfect, the view amazing and the morning breakfast set out on the terrace seemed like something from the Bachelor - so beautiful and lovely- we had an awesome stay!!

Pros: This hotel is located in a great location in Fira.It is easy to reach to everywhere.The view was really beautiful,and the staffs were very nice and friendly.The breakfast in the morning was super perfect.I enjoyed having breakfast with beautiful Caldera view.

The dream come true

Pros: The perfect place to stay in Fira or all Santorini Island, it's located perfectly in the entrance of Fira but far from the noisy places. The room is so clean and comfortable, you have everything you need and more, all with good quality amenities. The welcoming from the manager was professional with clear instructions. We felt so good. And of course, this view specifically from the rooftop is just incredible, you can see all the Island, Fira, Oia, Akrotiri..it's just a dream and by night with a bottle of wine... For this price, don't spend more looking for views and luxury, in this place you'll be in love with this special Island.

Very good

Pros: Great service when staying here for one night. The Superior Double Room with Caldera View we booked has caldera view, though a bit obstructed by a palm tree. For a more sweeping view, the rooftop was best. You'll see Fira, caldera, and as far as Oia and Akrotiri. The room itself is spacious, especially the bathroom. We have our own terrace however we notice that another room has to pass our terrace to go to the swimming pool or rooftop. The location is perfect. It is steps away from Fira city center and Fira Prehistoric Museum. I wish there were more clarity in terms of parking. Breakfast was good. You have the option to have it on your terrace or on the rooftop.

Cons: Unfortunately, though there is a kettle no tea/coffee making is possible.

Last night in Santorini

Pros: Excellent location, beautiful sunset from the top of the property, also nice view over volcano and Fira. It looked like a courtyard with many families, quite nice. No parking places due to location, however there are two free public parking places nearby ( max 5 min walk). If you have big luggages try to reach by car hotel Atlantis nearby to unload them first and then go to the parking. It was our fourth night on the island and we wanted to be close to the airport due to an early flight next day and also to feel more the city vibe during the evening. So it was a good choice in view of the above. Staff has a can do attitude, we had a misunderstanding upon arrival with the check in time but in the end all was ok. Due to early flight they accommodated us an early breakfast which was appreciated. Room was the cave type, with high ceiling, all needed amenities and nice welcome pack: wine, water and fruits. Our room had natural light only through the door, but was more than enough for our short stay, we basically used it just to sleep and have a shower. Bad very comfortable. This location is very nice also for larger groups due to the inner courtyard type organization, which allows socialisation between guests. There are also apartments that offer more intimacy.

Cons: There was a little miscommunication between staff members related to an early check in request but in the end all went fine. :) For us all was good, if someone wants to stay longer maybe a window to allow more fresh air without opening the door would be a plus. Again, not an issue in our case. We would come back here.

Exceptional

Pros: We had a suite with a hot tub. This was an absolutely charming room with exceptional views. Breakfasts at the terrace with the city of Fira and The Caldera view. The hot tube is partially hidden, so you can enjoy both amazing views and a private hideaway, and it was comfortably heated. The staff was very friendly and kind.

Pros: The view and layout is breathtaking. Having the pool and each area of rooms having their own outdoor tables is amazing. The staff are exceptional. The service is incredible: the light snacks were a whole meal.

Pantelia Suites is fabulous!

Pros: This was our 3rd stay at Pantelia Suites! Such a sweet accommodation hugging the cliff with the most unreal view of the Caldera, it is simply magic and in my view what you stay here for. Not too many steps, you arrive at street level. Fantastic location to everything in Thira, just enough away from the real busy part to give you peace and tranquility. The rooftop & pool area is simply the best place to chill out and relax! Giorgios and his staff are wonderful in meeting all your needs.

Pros: The place is amazing with the most stunning views from everywhere in the hotel. Also the stuff is incredible, so attentive and friendly!

Superb staff, location and views

Pros: The staff is superb, especially reception, George in the evening, and server/ bellman, Stelios. The other staff were very good as well. We just didn't interact with them as much. Location is just a bit away from town, so much quieter. Hotel is next door to a popular, delicious restaurant, Naoussa. Views, location, comfortable beds, and staff makes this an excellent hotel! Breakfast is included with a good variety of items to choose from. Tasty and fulfilling! We ate on our private balcony every morning.

Perfect and beautiful private stay in Santorini!

Pros: What a special delight to experience Santorini!We loved our cave room resort that is family owned with detail to pleasing all of its residents. It is uniquely built in layered levels on the cliff, connected with unique small stairways and decorated patios with views on each level. Our choice of breakfast was delivered to us each morning on the terrace - such a treat! It was a luxury to enjoy private sunsets in the evenings. Our bed was very comfortable and the room was sooo quiet at night. We also enjoyed our conversations with the staff, who were the most accommodating. Our host George and Stalos gave us information and ideas about what to do and where to go. They were such a pleasure to us and It was hard to say goodbye. We hope to return with family!
