    Charming family run hotel with excellent spa

    Pros: This charming hotel is managed by a family and offers excellent spa services and amenities. The standout employee during my stay was the driver Alexandro, who was exceptional. The room was spacious and provided a warm and cozy atmosphere during our February stay. Additionally, the housekeeping staff tidied up the room daily.
    Cons: Although we enjoyed our stay at this hotel, we encountered problems with undercooked food. Unfortunately, the staff's response to our complaint was rather impolite, which could be a cultural difference. This pattern of behavior can also be observed in their online reviews, with the owner occasionally responding in an unprofessional manner. Despite this surprising behavior, I still believe that the hotel is worth recommending overall. Furthermore, I would like to note that there was no shampoo or conditioner provided in the room, which I recommend the hotel consider adding. Attention to details like these can significantly enhance guests' experience.

    Pros: The location is good, few minutes by hotel shuttle bus to ski lifts. Room was comfortable with very nice panoramic view. Spa area was magnificent with warm in/outdoor pool and saunas. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Thinking to return next season.

    Pros: Marco, owner is so friendly and helpful on every aspect. Private ski bus will take you to the slopes within a few minutes. Food was great. And spa area just wonderful.
