Kingscliff Beach Hotel is now managed by David Van Den Boom, under the Taphouse Group, which operates and owns hotels across the Gold Coast to Port Macquarie. It is its flagship hotel, and it is just 15 minutes away from the Gold Coast Airport. He is also the General Manager of KBH (Kingscliff Beach Hotel). He has always been passionate about people, live music with rock music on the loop, pubs, and cooking. His experience in the customer service industry started at the age of 15, giving him an early experience in the managerial position when he was 19 years old. This has driven him to pursue further in the hospitality industry when he moved to England to have a job at Walkabout Hotels. The use of the philosophy “Customer first” has been his motivation all throughout the years, saying that the experience of the customer before, during and after their stay should always be the top priority.
