    Nice place !

    Pros: The atmosphere of the hostel was nice, the room were beautiful. I loved the curtain on the bed to keep your space private. The bar and dining area was really nice.
    Cons: It was supposed to have event every night but there were never. The kitchen was so tiny, it's impossible to cook. Just one people feet in. If you want to stay there for a long time, you won't be able to cook. The sign on the female bathroom should be bigger, we had an issue with a guy there.

    Everything was beyond reproach!

    Pros: A beautiful hospitable place with nicest personnel. Always good music at reception and restaurant, check it out!
    Cons: Old squeaky doors.

    Pros: Beautiful building, very convenient location. Staff were very kind.
    Cons: The walls were not thick and the noise from the next door as well as the noise from shutting doors were loud.

    Excellent and will return.

    Pros: Location is excellent and I have used this hostel several times when I come to London for an NFL game or West Ham game. Fabulous building and ideal location for underground and bus services. Breakfast is limited but dining area excellent. Lockable trunks under the bed are a great idea.
    Cons: Sometimes noisy, inconsiderate people at bed time but that isn't the fault of the hotel.

    Cons: As typical for London in general, prices are quite high and don't stand in a good relation to what you get for your money elsewhere...

    Comfortable and good value for...

    Pros: I did request a bottom bed if possible, due to my age and accessibility on the ladder, staff did try to see if one was available, but were unable. They did try at least, which I thank them for. I did actually manage the ladder, up and down but not sure how long I can keep doing it. I liked the idea of the paid lockers, choice of continental breakfast items, friendly and helpull staf, toilet were well maintained. Coinvenience to the Underground station and easy access into the city.
    Cons: Do not feel anything could have made it better.

    Cons: Even though I stayed at the women’s only dormitory, one of the male personnel came into the room in the middle of the night without notice in order to help one of the customers, that made me very uncomfortable.

    Good place

    Pros: The location was convenient as it was right next to the Jubilee line. I like the decor and the style of the building. The staff is friendly.
    Cons: The fact that you can't access the fridge after a certain time. The wood in the dormitory creaks a lot and you're woken up as soon as someone moves onto the mezzanine. The lockers are a bit tight and my backpack barely fit in them.
