    Very relaxing time in one of NZ's prime coastal locations.

    Pros: Great location and fabulous views. Proprietor Ian was great and accommodated for a very reasonable price an upgrade to a three bed room. Very comfortable. We will be going back.

    So beautiful but can be even more...!

    Pros: Stunning views surrounding the area. Very clean and fully equipped kitchen. If weather is good the access to the beach is great and be warned there's lots of steps to get to it which I didn't mind but some may need to know this ahead.
    Cons: I didn't like the fact that there were no bath robes or slippers. When you have a spa and a swimming pool you'd expect to have these things or warn your guest to bring their own. The spa has no proper shelter so when it was raining it went right through the cover on top which didn't make the experience enjoyable. I also didn't like that the toilet and bathroom were downstairs and the bedroom was upstairs.

    Cons: Our apartment smelt a little musty when we arrived, the carparking is super tight and for our unit we didn't have a very big outdoor area. Other units however had great outdoor spaces.

    Pros: We booked the Seaview room from the photos and got a Harbour view room.
    Cons: The roof overhang was made of Polycarbonate in the master bedroom. We had problems sleeping and breathing in the rain.

    Would stay again happily.

    Pros: Hosts were very welcoming. Room was clean and tidy and we were offered an upgrade.
    Cons: The stairs in the unit were not for anyone with vertigo or mobility issues. Decor is dated but does the job.

    Pros: Sunrise and sunset - views incredible
    Cons: Rooms in front of us had a digger parked out front and a sheet or something hanging from one of the bedroom's which spoilt the idealic views!

    I had a wonderful mid-autumn festival stay in this place, I would like to visit again another time.

    Pros: The location is really good. One of the sides you can enjoy the harbor view of Tutukaka, while the other side is the ocean view. There are some facilities for you to enjoy the stay, such as hot spa tub, table game room, swimming pool, tennis yard, playground, BBQ equipments, private beach. We meet a fur seal when exploring one of the beaches area.
    Cons: The WiFi is not connected well, but we kind of happy to live without the internet temporarily when escaping from busy life.

    Beautiful coastal stay for our honeymoon trip!

    Pros: This was a glorious stay, so lovely with amazing views from our apartment! We loved this relaxed vibe, and really enjoyed the spa too! The apartment was nice and big, lounge and then the bathroom was upstairs! Had breaky on the deck looking at the surroundings!
    Cons: Was all great!
