Wonderful and relaxing.

Pros: The layout was really pretty. Had your own little hut.

Cons: It was a little dark walking at night. Some of the areas were closed for renovation so that may have been the reason.

Pros: The beach in front of the hotel is calm and beautiful.the pool in the hotel is very clean and kids also can enjoy there.the resutaurant foods are very delicious. They have lots of activities,so never bored. Buggy car is very convenient for us to spend in there.

Great hotel but price should have been discounted to reflect one of the pools was under repair.

Pros: The location was brilliant. Its far from the main village but we preferred that. The rooms were very comfortable too. The Thai restaurant on site was fantastic.

Cons: We were not told that one of the pools were being repaired. This meant we had to travel a distance to get to the pool which was annoying and the rooms werent discounted accordingly for the inconvenience.

Great place to spend your vacation on

Pros: The hotel is amaxing. Beutiful beach and pool and the nicest staf so welcoming, kind and always smiling. Also, great restaurants and the activity center had planty of activities to enjoy, and the boat driver was amazing as well. The app of the hotel is super usuful, they answer every request so fast and the fact that they have a "car pool" service is a big plus if you need to get somewhere fast. The shower was great the water presure, shower head and soups were great.

Pros: The facilities were very clean, pools were so nice, amazing breakfast, longboats out the front ready to take you exploring!

Cons: Check in took a lot longer than expected room that was booked was nothing like what we were given, the team changed our room for us with no issue at all.

Exceptional in every way!

Pros: Where to start. This place truly is exceptional. We stayed in room 508 and the views were beyond beautiful. The pictures don't do it justice. The hillside villa was spacious , clean, comfy with a high quality finish. The resort as a whole is beautiful. The app you have and 24/7 concierge service is second to none. Our concierge Sandra was sensational and did everything possible to make sure we had a magical stay even when she wasn't in work. We were invited to an annual staff party in the local village where the locals did everything to welcome us and make sure we had fun. Feeding us both food and drinks. My girlfriend got sunburn and our concierge on her day off went and got her fresh aloe vera from the village and got somebody to bring it to our room. The resort is vast so they offer a free golf cart taxi anywhere around the resort. This can be ordered via the app and always arrives promptly. We had dinner under the stars, fed clown fish and sharks, explored the local village and made friends. We wish we could have stayed longer but already had other plans pre-booked. We will definitely be back. Thank you to Sandra and all the other staff that made it so special.

Cons: Resort can only be accessed via boat and is a fair journey away from the backpacker/party area of ton sai if that's your thing.
