    Mixed views - for price of stay we would have expected better.

    Pros: Location was great - with free parking and staff mostly very friendly and helpful. Spacious room (310) with very comfortable bed and complimentary bottle of wine.
    Cons: Thumping nightclub music - resulting in a change of room at midnight and then another room for rest of stay - compensation - 2 cakes. Breakfast did not meet expectations either.

    A perfect hospitality, food and accomodation hotel

    Pros: Food, Accomodation, drinks, service were all perfect over all time we were there. Beautiful rooms! The hotel with its' restaurant can be fully recommended without any setbacks. A perfect hotel to relax in the heart of Stellenbosch, and every interesting location can be reached by foot. Very good hospitality. The managers are very efficient to run a perfect service on unprecedented high level. Highly recommended!
    Cons: There were no setbacks or hickups.

    Pros: Lovely location , close to bars, stores and restaurants. Room was very spacious , clean and luxurious- lovely large and clean bathroom

    An historical best location for exploring Stellenbosch on foot (or car).

    Pros: LOcation is the best for exploring Stellenbosch. It is also very safe.No Loadshedding issues as they have two generators that did function correctly during a loadshedding episode.
    Cons: Unfortunately the big generator was located just under our room so the noise did travel upwards (starting from 10pm onwards...) . You could also smell diesel from the generator in the corridor/ stair.....

    Pros: Very central location and large spacious rooms.
    Cons: Pool was a little small but I understand that this hotel is one of few hotels with pools in central Stellenbosch.

    Fantastic. Would definitely stay here again

    Pros: A beautiful hotel in perfect location in the middle of Stellenbosch. Our room was amazing, we had a balcony too. All the facilities were wonderful - the pool, the bar area and the breakfast room. We were especially impressed by the wonderfully helpful and generous staff who went out of their way to give us recommendations and help us with all aspects of our stay.

    Wonderful hotel in a great location!

    Pros: Fantastic location, right in the middle of town within walking distance to all restaurants and shops! Lovely breakfast options and very helpful staff. The pool area is a bit small, not enough loungers, but a great setting under the trees. Had a wonderful two day stay. All the staff go out of their way to help and to make your visit a pleasant one!
