Pros: The food was varied and delicious. The rooms were large and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and willing to help. The massages at the spa were the best I've ever had.

Cons: The pool was too cold for swimming - as was the sea, so got a little boring with nothing much to do.

Cons: the drinks in the all inclusive bars, a little more thought into training your bar staff so that they present the drinks as best they can. simple things like lemons and limes and garnish. just a little bar training can take your all inclusive drinks to the next level.

Pros: Friendly staff, hotel location and very good Food selection and quality.

Cons: A rooms a bit dated and poor maintenance,.room a bit smelly on arrival. Loose room door handles patio door lock faulty and light switches not working. Main restaurant closed for renovations so temporary area used.

Cons: Food had no varieties whatsoever. Staff isn't highly trained. Complaints were not considered or discussed they simply blocked me from extending two days since I already put my stuff and I wasn't ready to repack and go to another hotel. Housing keeping didn't clean the room until afternoon and a friend of mine was not allowed to visit in my room. Even though his license and car were taken in the hotel's parking. They sent up security to prevent my friend from visiting in the room.

Humiliation in Aurora Oriental hotel, sharm El Sheikh.

Pros: Nothing at all. I was lied to that the resort was on the beach. All the staff wanted is to charge extra money. Money agreements were broken and extra money was charged like for example trips, taxes to the resort and back. I complained at the front shop that I was over charged for a pack of cigarettes and a lighter. All hell broke lose. I was immediately ask if I was from India. I replied NO. I am from South Africa and I am a South African citizen. I have never seen India in my life. I was told that I have a Indian accident, I corrected him, it is accent. I was told that I am from India and an argument ensued. I complained to customer relations. I must say the lady was kind and calm, no screaming. After a few hours I went back t to customer relations and reliazed that no complaint, nothing was done. I asked to see the manager and explained. He screamed at me in the reception. I explained to him that it should be the other way round. You should calm me done and should him that his other guests were listening. He didn't care and tried to intimate me and or threaten me asking if he should leave. I said yes please. I immediately sent him an email which I ask him to acknowledge receipt thereof. Nothing to date. I have the email with me for ease of reference. Thank you kindly.

I explained to them that I am an Admitted Attorney Of the High Court Of South Africa and my accent can not be that from India as I am 5, five generations South African and I was born in South Africa, Pretoria, Centurion. I explained that I have never seen India in my life but I have traveled to the rest of the world with my Brother from the U.K. Doctor Feroz Abdoola. We were supposed to meet in Egypt. I have been recently to Turkey Istanbul with my Brother, my first time in Egypt and I am a 50 old man with life experience and Legal experience. I have never in my life seen such bad, humiliating experience in a foreign hotel in my life. My first.
