    Wonderful

    It was more than I anticipated

    Pros: Jawad at front of house was amazing throughout the stay. Very personable, welcoming and just warm.
    Cons: I was asked twice whilst having breakfast on two separate occasions if I was genuinely staying at the hotel and asked to confirm room number or I I j had just walked in.

    Good equipment, nice swimming pool but the staff are rude

    Pros: Good equipment, nice hotel with a beautiful swimming pool.
    Cons: We havent been welcomed properly, we havent received any help for our luggage and not even showed us anything around. They were not so smiling and even waiters wasnt kind, we just had a guy in the buffet that were super obliging and helpful. I Was Was really didnt feel the same welcoming than our previous Riad. They have been welcomed so much more, with a mint tea, and showed us area. I DONT recommend it! Ive also a friend who went there and find a cockroach on our salad so I will be cautious of that.

    Pros: Breakfast was excellent, friendly staff and clean hotel
    Cons: We were given 3 single beds for 4 people (one of which was 3 years old) I did specify for 4 people. Im not overly bothered, thats why I didnt mention it at the time, but there was definitely a lack of care somewhere within the booking and fulfilment of said booking.

    Pros: The spacious and comfortable rooms. Great balconies for relaxing. Great pool area.

    Loved our stay here.

    Pros: The property is very clean and the rooms are spacious. Lovely balcony and the room has smart TV. The beds were comfortable and separate storage space for luggage was very convenient Breakfast had great selections. The location was great as well as it was close to many tourist attractions. The pool was clean and the room service was great.
    Cons: Although the rooms had air conditions they were set to heating as it was February. However, the temperature outside was almost 27 to 30 degrees. This made the nights very warm and we had to switch off the system and keep the balcony doors open throughout the night. I think it is common sense for the management to adjust the temperature according to the outside temperature rather than sticking to their silly rules. Other than this, this hotel is amazing and is good value for money.

    Hotel also gets you a 50% discount in the downstairs billowing alley! Excellent place to stay.

    Pros: Awesome location, staff working there is very friendly and helpful. Head chef Abrahim went out of the way to help us as both me and my son had severe food poisoning from eating food at Sti Fatima (never eat food from outside there) also front office staff brahim was very kind in helping us find a midnight doctor. Will surely recommend this hotel always. Their pool side is awesome. Very close to old Marrekesh (medina).
    Cons: Pricing couldve been slightly lower.
