Pros: The location was close to my testing site. The location was accesible to all my needs by foot.

Cons: The front desk were not that mindful upon my checkout. I had to wait 30mins for the checkout process, & I had to follow it up with them. The front desk agent said that they called my name but I was not able to respond. They should have given a follow up call to check if the guest was still at the lobby or not & not wait for me to come up to them & check my status. The agent apologized for that & that they had a trainee at that time but still given they had a trainee they should have been more aware of their responsibilities. (It was the trainee who actually received my card & asked me to wait by the lobby.) I told him that next time they should not be more aware of their guests waiting esp with regards to the checkout process because they might have a plane to catch, etc. Overall, my stay worked was good & well for my purpose.
