Pros: The apartment is very large. It offers 2 bathrooms, an equipped kitchen and a large balcony overlooking the pool. The kitchen has a dishwasher. Good location for trips around Mallorca with car. Without car it is pretty far away from the beach.

Pros: It is a bit rusty, but a well maintained apartment hotel. The location is perfect for exploring the island. Near the highway, about a 15 minute walk from the beach (and well away from the crowds and the noise). The apartments are huge, newer buildings usually don't have rooms and terraces this large. There is absolutely nothing missing, large fridge, dishwasher, oven, AC in every room, there is even a separate "utility room" in each apartment with a washer and with space to dry the clothes. We were primarily looking for a place to explore the island and not to spend all the time at the hotel. In this aspect, this was a perfect place.

Pros: rooms were roomy and comfortable plenty of towels and the washing machine was very useful. not very impressed with the breakfast and chose to go out for breakfast after the first day but should bear in mind that this is a budget hotel and so as such was as you would expect.

Pros: Quite spacious appartment, 24/7 reception, parking space available on the street outside the hotel, staff was generally nice, we only had breakfast at the hotel once and it was ok, we paid a decent price for our weekly stay

Cons: The most disgusting thing was the mold in the shower of one of the bathrooms. We notified the reception the morning after we arrived and had the maintenance service come the same day which is a plus. However, the mold was basically painted upon (covered with white paint) which did not solve the problem because after a day or two it was visible again and the smell was so awful that we had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times. Besides, there was a hole in the ceiling of the shower (which the maintenance service must have seen when painting upon the mold) through which dirty water and bugs were coming out. I talked to staff at reception but no action was taken. Then I showed a lady at reception a video of bugs when we were checking out but no compensation was offered except for a simple "we are sorry". Rooms very not thorougly cleaned when we arrived. The policy is that rooms are only cleaned once a week! We arrived on a Wednesday and did not have our rooms cleaned until the following Tuesday, only after explicitly requesting it twice. The whole hotel certainly needs renovation. If we had known that a decent price for our weekly holiday for a family of four with a young child means staying in dirty rooms, we would have chosen a different option. I find it hard to find positive aspects of our stay in this hotel because of lack of cleanliness...:-(

Pros: The location is very good for a group of friends. In the evening we enjoyed the teracce. The location is near the beach, near the stores and a great thing is that you can cook in the kitchen if you don`t want to spend to much money with the restaurants.

Cons: The smell that came from outside and we could feel it inside one of the rooms and bathrooms too. I don`t know where it came from, but for sure it`s something that needs to be fixed.
