Pros: It was convenient to go anywhere and the location was great. The view from the room was also great. It was helpful for me to keep my luggage until 6pm.

Wonderful
Great central hotel with character, very comfortable rooms and very friendly staff; would recommend and return.
Pros: It was very central yet not in a touristy area; it had character and was small and comfortable. All the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable and room 407 has a great view!
Cons: Nothing really. Shower pressure was a bit low but we were on the top floor.

Disappointing
Would not book again.
Pros: Receptionist was very helpful. Breakfast was very good.
Cons: Very dark/dim. Lift stops between floors making it difficult with suitcases.

Pros: The location is excellent, within 15-20 minutes walk to almost anywhere in Old Town. Lots of restaurants nearby for whatever you're in the mood for: traditional Czech; Italian; Asian & Sushi; hamburgers and steak.
The room was extra large with plenty of room for luggage and had two comfy sitting chairs.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The beds were harder than we are used to.
It has an elevator (which was a necessity for us as we had tons of baggage), but since it is very old it is very small (can accommodate two average weight adults and maybe two carryons). Also, because they had to attach it to the outside of the building it only stops between floors, so you will always need to walk up or down 1/2 flight of stairs. Not a major problem for us, but for someone with mobility issues you should be aware of it.
Their front desk is only open from about 9:30 am till 6:00 pm. We weren't aware of this when we booked, and we tend to book hotels over apartments because they do have 24-hour service. Again, it didn't end up being a big problem for us, but one should be aware. Because we got in late at night they sent me a very detailed message about their lockbox system to get the key and into the building and the room, which was very easy to follow.
All in all, though, this hotel worked out well for our needs and a good value for the Old Town Prague area.

Very Good
My stay was pleasant and reasonably good value.
Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful with information. Breakfast was good, there was a reasonable selection of vegetarian food.
Cons: Bed was hard and not comfortable. My room faced the street and became noisy at night at times.
