    Great room and location, some...

    Pros: Amazing location, comfortable beds, great restaurant downstairs. The staff was super helpful and courteous. The room was big and comfortable. There was a fridge and a microwave. It felt very safe and secure. The view of the city was awesome.
    Cons: Noisy and bright street (we stayed in a King suite, which was just above the front desk), and we had no control over the room temperature, so we had to call the front desk to chance the temperature multiple times - but they were very courteous and helpful each time.

    Pros: Great location. Easy access parking lot on site.
    Cons: You can hear everything - every door that opens or closes in your section at all hours. Windows didn’t appear to lock. Room was warm and didn’t have the ability to change room temperature. Strong smell of cleaning products.

    Rude staff, shady charges, unhelpful...

    Pros: Location, walkable distance to downtown.
    Cons: Staff, very rude and disrespectful. I was overcharged 3x for parking when I only stayed 1 night, and when I asked why they said the system wasn’t working, so I asked if they could print me a receipt and the receipt said they only charged me 1x for parking but my credit card charges says otherwise. So I asked the manager to put it in writing that they will look into it or to cancel the extra charges and he said he couldn’t do that, for my records I asked if I could record the manager saying that and he said no (which I understand), so I stopped recording but asked the manager again to repeat the reasoning for them to not give me a written notice or something that stated that they would do something about it, and he literally said: “I will not repeat myself, I have already told you and if you didn’t understand that’s not my problem”.

    NOT GOOD!

    Pros: Nothing but I thought I' be able hang with it but the room was so COLD after contacting the front desk 3-times asking for heat I got frustrated and around 4:00 A.M., I packed up, let the person at the desk know and why! The departed!
    Cons: The coldness in the room! Plus the added expense! I NEVER KNEW about a parking fee plus a fee for $125.00 as well and considering? I'd like a full refund?

    Pros: Very secure and you can park on-site. Very clean and comfortable.
    Cons: The shower in our room didn’t put out enough water to shower it was just dribbling.

    Pros: I stay at the same hotel every time I visit Chicago. This hotel is usually a good experience for parking, location, and the room.
    Cons: I think the air conditioning could have been better
