Cons: The toilet door issue what’s that all about? A gap in the doors which means that smells and odours enter into the main room which isn’t great

Pros: Everything, clean, well-equipped,ultra friendly staff, comfortable beds, lashing of hot water, powerful shower, nice toiletries..very nice stay.

Cons: Needed to open the windows overnight for some fresh air and it was quite noisy with 4am bin collections, but I guess that's all part of a city centre location. We should have asked for a quiet room. We always use Novotel as they are consistently good hotels
