Cons: Stains on the bedspread, dusty room and no additional lock on the door other than the one that can be opened with a keycard. Double bed was two singles pushed together with raised/bent springs down the middle. Headboard had screwholes filled but hadn’t been painted.

Pros: Great location, literally right across the street from the Northfields tube station. Clean room, good size shower and bathroom, free Wi-Fi.

Pros: I have to say I was not expecting the fabulous accommodations when I reserved this hotel. I was simply staying out of convenience to my son's home and traveling on my own. I liked that it is directly across the street from Northfields tube, on the Piccadilly Line; easy access to everywhere. However, when I got to my room, I was greatly surprised. It was huge, redone, 3 beds, a lovely desk; plenty of room for me for hair care and vanity. It had a kitchenette, and was next door to the breakfast room. The breakfast was beyond the normal cold buffet that is standard for this grade hotel. Cheeses, hams, cereals, yogurts, coffees, teas etc....Really lovely. The bed was more comfortable than I've had in higher standard hotels. The walk in shower was wonderful; hot, roomy, great pressure... and a heated towel bar. I've taken the time to write this lengthy review because I feel more often people focus on the negative comments rather than the positive.The staff were lovely and helpful and friendly. As I visit my family often...I will definitely be returning to this surprising establishment. :}

Great place for overnight stay

Pros: Very good 3-star hotel, good for overnight stay. Location halfway between Heathrow airport and the city and just 50 meters away from the metro station. The room was decent, bed OK. Overall, it is great value for money.

Cons: You can hear a bit of noise from the traffic, but ear plugs will fix it.

Cons: heating was not working correct they gave me a heater.I asked to check my shower head was loosing water but they did not.Worst was that 1 o clock in the morning outside my window noise from welding and banging .open my curtains and realized that the train maintenance place is there and about 30 people ,were there working their shift and fixing broken rails and other stuff!When i complained next morning they told me that they couldn’t inform me cause i booked through Booking and did not had my email.But this is not true as they had send me email some days before to welcome me in their hotel and asking if i need something.They gave me free breakfast for 2 days to apologize.
