Pros: Clean room, comfortable bed.

Cons: THERE IS NO PARKING AT THIS LOCATION. On their listing with booking.com the first thing listed is private parking. We called to confirm that there was parking at hotel and were told that there was parking. We asked where is it located and they said right by our room. This is not true. We were given a paper at check-in showing where we could park our car at a lot which was a 10 minute walk from our hotel and cost $30 per day. Also, sink is so tiny you can't put more than one little item on it. Description also said our room had A/C which it did not. There was a tiny portable heater and overhead fan, but no A/C. Room was too warm for sleeping even on a cool day. There was no top sheet, just a fitted sheet then a blanket with a topper on it. I called front desk to get a top sheet and when they came to the room, they brought no sheet, looked at bed with fitted sheet and blanket on it and said that is how they make the bed.

Pros: I liked that the lobby had some coffee, tea and water accessable to the guests.

Cons: The room was rather small and the strength of the laundry and cleaning products were off the charts of I tolerability. My husband and I stayed there years past and nothing like it was then.

Pros: Great value, price and location. Staff was very accommodating and I have no major complaints about the facilities. My party I was traveling with was concerned about prices and this place was a great deal. It's a great place to just come back to at the end of a day of exploring. I would primarily travel by taxi or uber at night though.

Cons: The location is convenient, but be careful. You could walk in one direction and end up in a rather sketchy area. Homeless people everywhere, feces and urine... and people drugged out of their minds. This can easily be avoided if you are just aware of your surroundings.

Pros: Very good value for money! Property has been recently done up and looks very nice, generally a quieter area so no disturbances at night!

Cons: Although recently renovated bathrooms require abit more attention - shower doors don’t stop water coming out so abit of a puddle when you step out (even with a bath Matt) No breakfast available (but there is a good coffee shop a few doors up)

Pros: Room was honestly perfect for my girlfriend and I. We spent 1 night and it was definitely worth it! Very clean, nice view, elevator worked great, and front desk was nice.

Pros: The old elevator was really cool. It was located walking distance from many restaurants and nightlife.

Cons: The customer service was horrible. I paid for the deluxe queen room. It was supposed to have a jacuzzi tub like in the photos. Our room 511 was barely big enough to fit the bed. When I went to see if I was given the wrong room the person at the front desk was very rude and dismissive.
