I love the hotel.

Pros: Accomodation was spacious and comfortable, the club very nice, music good, also with a kid. Overall I love the hotel and will come back for sure

Cons: The staff in the restaurant and club was really slow and not looking at the customers, it took time to get their attention to come over that we can order. But the food in the club was amazing.

Pros: This was our first time to a Nikki Beach resort so cant compare to others. Beautiful property on an amazing stretch of beach. We had the room looking on to pool and it was really beautiful. The food was very good but to be expected, pricy considering elsewhere in Thailand. I really liked the fact that they dont skimp on towels and room amenities.

Cons: A few things could be improved. The music around the main pool every day was a bit much at times. Maybe have one day when its not playing or its a different gender. The pillows to my taste need to be better. Too big and hard.

Good Hotel with Sub-par Beach

Pros: Personally liked the villas and the vibes at the hotel. Breakfast is good and so were items from the bar menu. Local food shops were the main plus, allowing tourists save money by offering authentic food at reasonable local prices.

Cons: The beach at which this hotel is situated is not great. Not a perfect place to chill and enjoy the waters. Not the hotel fault, but it's a pretty big reason when booking at hotel to stay at.

Great for sunset watching with a few drinks

Pros: Beautiful pool area with stunning beach and sunset views. The atmosphere is more relaxed and chill than party vibes, which can be a plus or a minus depending on what youre looking for. Friendly service, cold drinks and food was pretty good too.

Cons: Somehow the vibe isnt quite there, the place doesnt seem to know if its meant for partying or relaxation. Visited in January and it was quite empty.

Pros: Very nice small Resort, we were unlucky with the weather so I cannot have clear picture of the beach quality. Restaurants and shops arround, on the beach and Road but still quite place. Note that there is a beach club as a part of the hotel, thing you can appriciate or not. Small gym with new equipment available as well.

Cons: No activities for families with kids, as table tenis, tennis or billiard for example. This is reason why I recommend better for adults and couples

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Loved that it had a quiet and relaxed atmosphere (to have dinner 6pm onwards) overlooking the beach, with delicious fresh meals and attentive staff. Loved that there were plenty of spaces (sun beds) that looked welcoming, where you could relax and read a book but also enjoy relaxing tunes, overlooking the pool. Loved that the day club finished at 5pm. Loved that they had their own day spa on site. Loved the lap pool -75metres is huge!! Loved that it was mostly adults only. It was so tranquil!

Cons: I would have liked a discount at the day spa or a free massage or something. It was a big expense on top of the accommodation we had already paid. It was a big walk in the heat, to the ATM to get money out. I think we should have been given a lift given there was no ATM at the hotel and we had paid a lot of money to stay. When we were leaving, we had to carry our suitcases from our hotel room with an umbrella, a fair distance, and then up the stairs to the reception. There should have been a staff member to come pick us up in a buggy or help us with our bags, given it is a luxury resort.

Luxurious and comfortable stay in an upscale resort

Pros: Beautiful property & great staff! The accommodations were large and very comfortable. All you have to do is ask and your request is granted. The food available on site is exceptional.

Cons: The smell of mildew/mold. Not sure if it was in the fabric or a/c system. This is the tropics. I do not think its avoidable

Completely relaxing and pleasant. A hotel that really looks like the pictures, and even better in person!

Pros: The resort was amazing! Everything looked so clean and looked after! The staff were so friendly and attentive. As a solo traveller I felt completely safe and early check in and late check out was given without me even asking. The facilities, the spa, and yoga classes with yoga teacher rain really made my stay!
