Pros: Location was great, friendly staff, room was comfy.

Cons: The walls were paper thin. I could hear a little kid speaking in the next suite & it felt like he was standing right next to me. There weren't many people staying there, so it was very quiet. I wonder what it would be like in the summer with families & people out & about late into the night. The TV was set up odd. You'd get a crick in your neck if you watched it for long.

Lovely stay in a conveniently located stay in a big, clean comfortable suite.

Pros: Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, right near everything, comfortable and spacious room.

Cons: I am a light sleeper and could hear noises from outside and other rooms late at night; however this was easily solved second night with earplugs.

I cant wait to return to this property. I just wish I could afford more nights and the summer rates.

Pros: The property has character and is comfortable. The architecture and design make a solid, quiet room. The property was clean, and the staff was personable and helpful. The location is prime right in the middle of Newport so that you can walk to many venues.

Cons: I dislike that I cant afford to stay there more nights or during the summer.

Overall great stay and would definitely come back again! Great location in the middle of town!

Pros: Great location in the middle of Newport! Easy to walk to shops everywhere and the hotel had parking so we didn't have to worry about that. The staff was great and gave us some recommendations on where to eat and what to see. Our room came with a mini kitchenette (no stove) that had a mini fridge and sink and microwave. Room was great and spacious.

Cons: This wasn't our experience since we were able to have parking as we went in the off season. But I could tell that with the parking lot being small, in busier months it could fill up quickly and there are some spots that have potential to be blocked in. Something to be mindful of when staying here.

Not one of the best stays at this hotel, which is sad because usually I am very happy with it.

Pros: Proximity to all. Wonderful restaurant downstairs - Surf Club. Staff is always pleasant and helpful.

Cons: Both mornings of my stay, there was renovation of some kind - I believe painting - in the room above me. the painters were so loud I thought they were in the room with me. i could hear them chipping paint away from the walls, some kind of utensil was rolling around the floor. I should have never been put in that room if staff knew painters were coming at 8 am each morning. Whatever was done up there, left a very small water drip coming from ceiling down to the rug floor in the corner of my bedroom. I put extra bath towels down to soak up any water and to stop the annoying sound I would be listening to all night long.
