Pros: Very, very nice and friendly staff, new and clean room, A W E S O M E view from the balcony, excellent location (subway just behind the corner, 20min to Times Square)

Cons: We stayed in two rooms, both looked great, it's just that the first one (8th floor) had bedbugs (the other room, on 9th floor was just brilliant, in every regard). On the other hand, bedbugs are a general problem of NYC, so it's always a matter of luck if hotel willl have them or not.

Good

Pros: The hotel was very well located and close to several subway stations. We appreciated the cleanliness of our room and the establishment.

Cons: the curtains had massive holes in them. These holes were so significant that they allowed a considerable amount of light to penetrate the room, making it difficult to rest properly, especially when the sun rose. I have attached pictures of the damaged curtains to illustrate the extent of the damage. It appeared as though a wild animal had shredded them apart. When I reported this issue to the clerk at the front desk, I was met with indifference and a lack of concern. To make matters worse, I was informed that the hotel did not have replacement curtains readily available. Despite the inconvenience and discomfort this caused during my stay, there was no effort made to rectify the situation, and no compensation or alternative accommodation was offered. This lack of responsiveness and disregard for guest comfort was deeply disappointing and marred what could have been a more pleasant stay.

Convenient location, decent value, amazing staff, but so so noisy!

Pros: Location is amazing! We came for tourism and this hotel was great because it was positioned between three stations and near some great food places. Its not an especially pretty/interesting area itself but its proximity to getting into Manhattan is fantastic - its less than 20 minutes door to door from Central Park.

Cons: Its very very noisy. Im a deep sleeper so was fine but my partner struggled more. The hotel doesnt have double glazing on its windows nor any soundproofing between rooms so absolutely every noise from both outside (eg Mexican restaurant across the road, police sirens, a beeping noise which affects the whole portion of this street 24/7) and outside (ie other hotel guests) you do hear from the room.

Cons: Not much space in the room for 3 people.

Pros: The location is OK and Tea and coffee are available all the time. The Metro station is near, that's a plus.

Cons: The room we booked for three people is not really for three people, the single bed was ok but the double bed was not enough for two people, so I slept on the floor.
