Pros: The only good thing was the location and the pool until a dozen middle aged men arrived with an esky and sat in the spa drinking for hours.

Cons: The room had mold on the roof, mattresses were extremely old and worn, curtains were broken. No tea, coffee and complimentary milk provided although im sure it would have been rubbish anyway. Dishwasher was provided with no dishwashing tablets. Stove took 30 mins to heat a pan. Wifi was intermittent, if ever. Restaurant was closed indefinitely it seems. They attempted to charge for toilet paper. Nothing "superior" about this 1980s town house.

Pros: spa was a bonus in the room

Cons: limited cooking facilities in the apartment..no oven, no exhaust I was more stressed about setting off the alarm which had a $1800 fine more than cooking...also I have never been to a hotel or service apartment despite travelling so much where we had to do the cleaning upon leaving...being on holiday is all about relaxing and having housekeeping this was a put off for us and I would not stay here again unfortunately!

Pros: It was clean. There were many boardgames to play with family.

Cons: The light in the kitchen didnt work. When we asked the receptionist to send someone to fix it, the person checked the light but didnt come back to fix it.

Good value for money. We will stay again.

Pros: The pool was great and the location, and layout of the rooms also very good.

Cons: The staff didn't communicate well, and there was never anyone in the office - the sign with a mobile number was always on the door saying they were elsewhere in the complex cleaning. The room was not very clean with bits of food from previous guests on the balcony and under the lounge but it was overall ok. Various light switches in the room didn't work.
