    Location is good but rooms are small and paint not great. Mattress was terrible

    Pros: location was close to transport
    Cons: Mattress was old and uncomfortable. I could feel the steel springs on mattress digging into me. I could hear someone in the next room talking on the phone. Noise insulation between rooms was poor.

    Small quaint hotel in a great location, near tube station and pubs and restaurants.

    Pros: Fantastic location only minutes away from Earls Court Station.
    Cons: Plastic mattress pad coverings on the beds. Lack of air conditioning.

    The hotel was cute and quaint in a nice location with easy tube access

    Pros: The location was great Easy access to the Earls Court station was fantastic. The back garden seating area was lovely.
    Cons: Lighting in the back garden seating area was not very good for any guests wanting to sit outside in the evening. Plastic mattress coverings on the beds were post and added to the temp while sleeping in the non-air conditioned room. Front seat could offer assistance with bags sine the entrance has quite a few stairs.

    budget hotel in London

    Pros: The staff is friendly and kind.
    Cons: Though staff took cleaning and other tasks very seriously, the bathtub had not been cleaned for two days. Wi-Fi connection is poor; even when it does connect, it is very slow and almost useless. The hotel offers high-speed connections for an extra fee, but such business is out of step today.
