    Pros: Lovely hotel with beautiful grounds and outdoor views. Lovely breakfast.
    Cons: For the price paid the room was a bit cramped. Not enough room to get dressed. We were staying for a wedding and on both days we asked for an iron well in advance and had to follow up several times as it was not dealt with the urgency we expected.

    Beautiful hotel for those who want to be out of the city center

    Pros: It is a beautiful hotel, on the outskirts of Florence. The room we had was big, beautiful and comfortable, with nice amenities, comfortable mattress, dark shades and strong shower. The pool area is very nice, with a beautiful view. Also, great to have the shuttle service, but make sure to book it in advance.
    Cons: While the breakfast buffet was good and full of variety, the service was quite chaotic. Nothing serious, and I would really stay again with this hotel, but wanted to give a feedback for improvement.

    Pros: Plenty of fresh choice at breakfast, good quality ingredients, excellent service. The availability of a shuttle bus was a bonus, good value for money compared to getting a taxi. All the staff were very pleasant, helpful and attentive.
    Cons: The evening menu was limited, maybe an additional todays special could of provided an extra choice.

    Very nice place to stay in Florence

    Pros: Had car so great carpark covered & sage & then could use shuttle in & out to city centre which took about 15 minutes
    Cons: Restaurant nice but not enough staff so slow service & got orders wrong Lovely reception staff
