Pros: Convinent location and works fine for a quick trip. There was no breakfast when I visited.

Cons: Staff was kind of awkward. My friends ran into another friend and she came over. We were gonna add her to the reservation but it wasnt possible in the same room so we asked if she could just come change in the room and then leave and they were very upset with that idea and tracked us all as we left for dinner.

Cons: Cleanliness could be better. All the sheets and towels have stains on them and don't get replaced during the stay. The beds and pillows are pretty bad and not very comfortable.

nice hotel in the new town.

Pros: This is a nice hotel that was the ending point for a tour that we were on, so we decided to stay on two more nights on our own. Location is in the new city I think, so it's 2-3km to the old town square (Medina), so we took taxis to get there. YSL museum is a little closer, maybe 1km, so we walked that. We were tired from our tour, so we didn't take time to try the Hammam (baths) in the hotel, which I think are at an extra cost. January weather was too cold for the outdoor swimming pool so we didn't use it. Breakfast was great, we didn't try the dinners, ate mostly in the Medina. We did have dinner in the neighborhood one night, and there were several restaurant options there. Staff was helpful and unobtrusive.

Cons: it's in a nice urban neighborhood, nothing like the old city. if you want to walk to the old city, that would take you awhile. but I'm glad we didn't change hotels to be in the old city, we were tired after our tour, and this place was a good place to rest.
