Pros: We were checked in by the manager, who was very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Was close to were we wanted to be and beds and pillows were nice

Cons: We had a scare lucki had the extra lock on because they gave someone our room key and they tried to get in. No one called or came to our room to explain what happened. I had to go the front desk and ask what was going on. The kid said he made a mistake and gave our room key out but he took care if it and not to worry... we were on the first floor in 123. Who ever was above us must have had a little kid because all we heard was jumping and thumping noise from 6pm to 10pm. Very annoying . Went for breakfast 1st day and no coffee wr waited for atleast 20 minutes for some they had sausage gravy and biscuits.. biscuits were dried out crockpot of sausage gravy was almost empty and cold.. this was at 7am. We didn't even try to eat 2nd day. When checking out manager apologized for the mix up about rooms and said that the boy forgot to mark we checked in.. but they took money out of my account when I did check in ?? We will not stay there again.. we come up to clarion 1 a year we will definitely stay someone else.

I'll be back next year...

Pros: The location was easy to find. The manager was great.

Cons: I was on the first floor and the noise from the interstate was pretty loud until between 11:00 and midnight. When I stayed on my return trip, I was on the second floor and I didn't hear the interstate noise which was surprising. There were some roly poly bugs on the floor which was a little annoying. Manager said they spray at least once a week but they are getting inside since it was starting to get colder. They definitely were NOT bed bugs or I would have left. I was in a handicapped room and it was pretty large but the room on the second floor was very small. Fortunately I only stayed 1 night each time. The mattresses were acceptable although I like something a little firmer.

Pros: Water pressure was good...staff was very friendly and helpful with our issues.

Cons: Gave me a dirty room first. The second room was "clean" but not much better. The window bench had mysterious stains on it. Found hair on clean towels. The room reminded me of a hospital room. Booked 2 nights, only stayed 1.

Pros: I did not eat breakfast at the Inn because I wanted a full breakfast so went to a nearby restaurant.

Cons: The room is somewhat smaller than I expected, especially the area to sit and use my computer, but it was acceptable.

Pros: I thought that the breakfast was a bit lacking, not a lot of choices.

Cons: the floors in our room needed mopped as there were places where someone had dripped something on the floors.

Renovated room, bad service

Pros: The room itself was renovated and looked nice.

Cons: The service. We requested an early check in because of a wedding. The provided room had dirty sheets with hair and Doritos in it. When my girlfriend asked the front desk for new sheets while we were gone, she was laughed at and told “ I GUESS we can do that”. We came back from the wedding and they didn’t change the sheets! We had to go back downstairs and request them again. We were given sheets and had to clean up the mess ourselves. Very disappointed by the service.

Cons: Housekeeping could use some work we had no towels in our room when we checked in and the floors had not been cleaned

Cons: Our bathroom was dirty and trash was left in the room. The breakfast bar was not fully stock, even at the beginning of breakfast @ 6:30. The nearby Microtel is much nicer and a few bucks cheaper a night.
