    Expensive but worth it

    Pros: Its right beside the train shuttle station and across a shopping centre with loads of restaurants. The hotel itself was very neat and tidy. Place is also queit. Breakfast was set meals but there were plenty of choices and very delicious.
    Cons: We had the junior suit and the lightings in the washroom isn't quite enough. The shower room area was a bit dim. Bed was relatively high and our 3 years old child fell off it and had a nose bleed.

    A wonderful experience.

    Pros: The concierges were incredibly helpful, the breakfast staff (especially the two hostesses) were very kind and welcoming, the cleaning staff were thorough, the bed was so comfortable, the location ideal (right in front of the train station), and the spa was phenomenal. I would stay at this hotel again.
    Cons: The price could have been cheaper during the off-peak season, but there was a big concert in town, so the price was a lot higher than normal. Next time, I'll pay in advance instead of paying after I arrive, as there was a big difference in the cost.

    Great stay close to public transport

    Pros: The room was comfortable and had everything we needed including a coffee machine. The location was very handy and right across from the Sentosa express which takes you over the bridge at no extra charge. We had breakfast on the last day and it was delicious!
    Cons: The upper shelves of the wardrobe were very dusty and had not been cleaned for a while. There wasn't really a nice view from our room. Some of the lights needed fixing as they kept flickering.

    Pros: Location is superb (right next to Imbiah Monorail station) and size of the room was just right for me and my 5yo.
    Cons: There is a severe lack of sound proofing. i can hear my neighbours talking and banging the entrance door when they return to their room. The constant moving of furnitures can be clearly heard too. There is renovation works going on in the hotel building which was not communicated on their website. The hair dryer's switch was broken, leaving a very sharp edge and I was not able to switch it off unless i pull out its plug from the electrical socket.

    Clean room with smooth check-in/check-out process

    Pros: Check-in was smooth and quick, and was provided a cold towel to clean my hands. First impression of the room matches my expectations based on pictures. Clean bathtub and separate shower area with rain shower. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning was strong.
    Cons: Disappointing that the hotel didn't bother to change the name on the TV's welcome message. If you're not going to pay attention to the small details, then don't have it in the first place. Pillows provided were both on the firm side instead of the usual hotel standard of one soft and one firm. Visible dust on the ceiling and alarm. Sofa bed in the living area looked worn out.
