Cons: It is supposed to be a pet friendly hotel. We paid extra for my pet. They installed us in the worst room just because we had a pet. Why do they say they are pet friendly? They should let you know that they will put in the worst room because you have a pet. Room was dirty water in the shower clogged. It was just horrible over all.

This was the best beachfront value hotel in Mazatln and overcomes any shortcomings.

Pros: Room with balcony overlooking the beach and ocean is stupendous! Nice pool area with bar. Beds comfortable. Great breezes into the room. AC worked well but we had it off the entire time we were there (it was a cool time of year). They had an excellent special for beer and nachos/ceviche.

Cons: Could have done a better job cleaning the room. Some aspects of the room and hotel are run-down a bit. For example, in our room, the sliding doors to the balcony were difficult to move with handles partly falling off. Peeling/chipping areas in the bathroom. There are lots of "bandas" playing up and down the beach at times, and they sometimes can be loud. Get a higher room if you think this might be an issue for you.

Cons: The bathroom is in dire need of repair. It is moldy has hanging ceiling tiles, a cracked toilet, and overall needs to be gutted and redone. The furniture is old and needs replacing. The mattress is also old and worn out and lumpy.

Pros: Most terrible hotel in mazatlan, broken tiles at entrance all 1st floor, room bathroom totally outdated, rusted sinks, broken tiles in shower, discussed overall, food was terrible, it needs to be remodeled completely. Then itll be a badass hotel otherwise it sucks !

Pros: Oneof the bell boys went above and beyond.

Cons: The front desk was of little help was rude and obnoxious. The rooms were filthy the pillows smeeled awful. Thankfully I had a can of Lysol to spray the bedding down the sliding door on the balcony was broken and the glass was cracked.
