Poor
A mistake.

Pros: Nothing at all.
Cons: Everything about it. Had a problem with the payment. Over charged my card by hundreds. And then did say there was something wrong on their part. Room was extremely dirty. Looked like door was kicked in. Bathroom was nasty. The tub while showering overflows so nasty water is by your ankles. The toilet sounds like it’s going to burst whenever you flush. And not to mention how thin these walls are. Being able to hear everyone and everything. Whenever you asked the staff a question they didn’t know the answer.

I would not stay here.

Pros: Furniture was old and dated. Door looked like it was recently broken into with a crowbar or other tool. Wood was splintered and torn. We left this hotel and did not stay. Bugs were present and room was not cleaned properly.

Poor
A very basic place to...

Pros: The room was a decent size with a comfortable bed. The towels were nice and fluffy. Water temperature and pressure in the shower were exceptional. The breakfast buffet was okay and well priced.
Cons: The hotel is old and tired, lacking any charm. The decor is in poor condition. The heating/cooling unit in the room is very noisy. The front entrance doors do not work properly. The staff are disorganized. There is a restaurant that we were told is closed on the days we were there, but it was actually open for breakfast. The shuttles to downtown are old, not the cleanest, vans, and are inconsistent about when they run. The staff do not appear to know when the shuttles are available and told us different information regarding the schedule. The hotel is not close to downtown.

Passable and sentimental to us...

Pros: Shutle
Cons: Our friends had the same "type" of room and it was VERY different from ours. Our room had an actual BROKEN/MISSING front of the pull out desk. Screen missing from the faucet, shower not fully functional and RUSTY trashcan, etc....

The hotel was a little...

Pros: The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We liked that it wasn't right downtown but had a shuttle. It was quiet at night when we were ready to sleep. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful at all times. We also loved the random live artists in the lobby. That's why we came to Nashville. Live music. But all in all, the staff definitely made our stay.
Cons: The hotel could definitely use a little updating. Example: Tape on the floors to hold carpet together, microwave in room was broken, bathrooms by lounge were closed. Also, the lounge seemed to close extremely early and had no entertainment at night.

Pros: I like the bar & grill. The group DNA was so good and the band the night before was also. The woman working in the bar and had zero help but really did her best
Cons: The cops were there off and on all weekend. 1st someone tried to stab someone at breakfast. The. I guess the fbi was there busting a prostitution ring on Friday night. On Saturday during the event I was staying for I guess a staff member had a gun and shot somewhere in the hotel so police were there arresting him for that. I found 5 lady bugs and a stink bug in my room. The bathtub liner was pulling up so water got stuck behind it and the bathtub would never fully drain. Hotel staff only checked on our room 1 time over my 3 day stay. Also at one point only 1 elevator was working and if you take the stairs it will only let you out on the 1st floor outside. You can’t just take the stairs and walk from one floor to the next. You have to just walk all the way down and outside. Also the 10th floor had a sign on the stairwell door saying that beyond that point has greater radioactivity that suggested to be safe by the fdc so do not enter. I’ve been there before and used the 10th floor ballroom so idk what that’s all about. Either way I feel like I should have never had to pay over almost $400 to stay there! I had no choice as it was for work!

Pros: Not much.
Cons: The rooms are in disrepair and in dire need of an upgrade. The heating system in the rooms is so noisy it's difficult to sleep.
