Pros: Great location, staff were all incredibly nice and helpful. Rooms kept clean and given water everyday

Cons: A couple issues with the elevator and door keys not working sometimes. Not a huge issue and staff were always helpful but they were the only negatives!

Cons: Room wasn’t ready when I arrive a couple of hours early before check in only accommodation that was offered was to spend additional $100 per night to get a room that ready before 4:00 pm. My birthday wasn’t acknowledged after it was disclosed in my booking. Most times the manager of customer care sends a personal note for celebrations.

Pros: The bar downstairs is great, great downtown location, and consistent with comfort and service.

Cons: The furnishings are becoming a little dated.

Pros: Location is fabulous and the view from the room is priceless

Cons: Although it is generally clean and well maintained, it could undergo renovation. Carpet stains and dirt on the walls is not something you want to look at on your vacation

Pros: Fantastic location. Wall Street, World Trade Centre, Battery Park is just a stone's throw away. Subway station is next to the hotel.

Cons: Hotel is due for a renovation. Walls are super thin so you can hear everything next door. House keeping is not consistent at best. Staff are tired and lack motivation.

Pros: Everything was good - the rooms, the staff, but be aware that even if the breakfast is included, there is no restaurant. You get dedicated amount of money for breakfast and you have two options how to spend it: 1. you can order in-room breakfast service or 2. spend the amount of money for breakfast in the lobby cafe.

Cons: Despite the fact that breakfast should be included in the price, approximately two days after checkout they charged money from my card without any invoice, notification, so we didn't know what they charged us for. After further investigation, we realized it was for breakfast, which should be included and fortunately the hotel issued a credit note and the money was returned to my account. But it could have been without these inconveniences...

OK location, the hotel is...

Pros: Location was good for central downtown, however all the major attractions were a good half an hour away.

Cons: It was built in the late 1990’s and needs an update. It was probably really nice when it was built but now is a bit dated. The carpets are sort of beige and there lots of 1990’s wood in the rooms. The pictures make it look a lot better than it is.

Cons: I was given a king size room on my first night stay, when I specifically paid for a suite. Was told the website was overbooked! First breakfast, I stated no bacon and no coffee. I ended up getting all these things I said I didn’t want . Second and third morning my muffins were missing, third morning wrong muffins given. Second night ( when I was given the suite) room was dirty. My child’s started to have an asthma attack. Dust everywhere, no wash rags no body wash. Asked for the room to be cleaned, they vacuum and didn’t dust, when I asked for a wet wipe due to my daughter’s asthma. We end up having to wipe the areas ourselves. Someone stole my daughter’s purse case out of the room when they cleaned the room(my daughter and I had to wipe down the room after I also asked for the room to be dusted). My second call today to find out the status of the investigation of where the purse went. If it’s not in lost and found, then where is it?? First call I was told there was no evidence anyone entered the room, yet I received a whole roll out bed on that day! These people are trying to take me for a fool! I was told on the second call, there is no way I received a roll out bed if I already had a couch bed. Well please see the pic below. Third call, investigation is still in progress. I wish to be refunded for the contents I had to repurchase, because if it’s not in lost and found then it was stolen! It doesn’t matter the day, it shouldn’t have left the room to begin with because I hadn’t checked out of my stay! And why isn’t it at lost and found if someone took it out of the room, thinking I checked out?? I will never stay here again, and will not rest till I get the refund for the missing item and the difference for putting me in a lower cost room!!

In general good

Pros: Everything was ok.

Cons: When we arrived they told that they sold our room. We arrived late but I informed the hotel about it twice and they said no problem. Upon arrival the front office manager tried to find an explanation but there was no excuse as we informed the hotel in advance. He also gave a short speach to the other guests waiting. This was very impolite. He presented as if it were our fault. On the first night my daughter slept on the floor :( next day in the evening we got another room, it was the type we asked for and we had very nice view. All other people were very kind at the reception and tried to help us.
