Pros: The beds were ridiculously comfortable, it was like sleeping on a cloud. They also had enough heavy blankets on the bed so that I wasn't freezing all night. Staff was friendly. The water pressure was great!

Cons: My only complaint was that there was only one large towel in the bathroom for 2 people but it wasn't much of an inconvenience that I asked for another one. We improvised. Nothing terrible about this place for the price.

Cons: Nothing - no elevator so they tried to charge more for a room on the ground floor, discriminating against the elderly and handicapped. Room was not serviced properly, with part used drinks in fridge, dirty bathtub, broken toilet seat, wet carpet next to the A/C unit. Breakfast was cold, coffee was cold. No microwave in room.

Cons: I rarely write reviews, but in this case I want to warn others.The hotel is filthy! Outside, the trashcans were overflowing and the smell of weed was overwhelming. We could overlook that, but inside wasn't any better. Every single machine, including the hotel's printer, didnt work. She couldn't print us a receipt! On our way to our room, the carpets looked as if they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks and the hallways had a bad smell. Our room had zero supplies...no toilet paper, kleenex, soap, nothing. The refrigerator was full of used food and dirty, and the microwave was disgusting. We went to the front desk to get a trash bag to throw the food away, and looked at the pool at that point. I wouldn't let my dog get into that dirty water! The girl did offer to switch our room, but we decided we weren't comfortable staying somewhere that had so many issues. So we told the front desk lady we didn't want to stay and why, and we called booking and were helped. We went across the street and had to rent from a different hotel. This place is a dump. It looks good on the outside, but if you choose to stay here, beware! The front desk girl told us she lives there, and we think her and her pot smoking boyfriend are in charge of the place. It says under new ownership..these are the new owners according to the hotel we ended up staying at. I have pictures and videos, but I'm only allowed 4 pictures. Every vending machine and the ATM were out of order. The pool had dirt all over it and the area around the pool was gross. I only have a video of the pool and couldn't include it. The pictures are of the fridge, trash, microwave, and vending.
