Pros: Location was excellent. It was easy to reach any places we needed. The hotel is 3 min walk from Galata Tower. The room was very light and quite big. Housekeeping services were on a daily base. Breakfast was also good enough with all the minimum requirements. The staff was very friendly and helpful. At the last day of our stay they made us surprise by leaving a small cake and assorted nuts in the room supported by a card with warm words :) Big thanks to the team for such a great hospitality!

Cons: A wardrobe for triple room was a bit small. Sometimes there was smell coming from a bathroom.

Pros: The hotel is located a few metres from the Galata Tower and still in a very quiet area, even at night. Very nice and well-kept hotel, although for 4 stars some details could be improved but the structure is well maintained for a historical building in the old city. The staff is very friendly and nice. For my partner's birthday (which we did not actively communicate) we were given a small surprise in the room (the cake was delicious, thank you very much!). Our room was small but comfortable. If you are looking for super luxury accommodation you should probably look further. If you are interested in a well-maintained, comfortable and super strategically located base for your tours book here! We would book here again. We had breakfast included but we overslept almost every day of our stay. We can definitely recomend the nice caf at the corner called Galata Sheyla for a delicious breakfast/brunch

Pros: The room was clean and the receptionists were available 24 hrs to help. The personnel were willing to help and they were all discrete and professional.

Pros: I'm gonna start with the location: The location of the hotel is perfect! You are a few minutes away from Galata Tower, Istiklal Street, and metro stations. Please be aware that the hotel is located in a narrow street with a steep slope. This can affect elderly or people with mobility problems. The hotel is small but well designed and the facilities are not old and look fresh. The room and the bathroom are clean, and there's daily housekeeping, so it remains clean while you're staying there. The facilities in the room are kinda fresh and not old at all. The breakfast is buffet and it has good variety. I enjoyed it. And finally, I wanna thank Ihsan at the reception and Aysude as a guest relations. They are so kind and helpful, and they make our stay more enjoyable.

Cons: The only negative point about the room was the bed, which was a bit small for 2 people! Also, the soundproofing of the room could be a bit better cause you can hear sound from the corridor and upper floors. But considering the good price of the hotel, you can ignore it.

Pros: great location....a little small but very suitable...GREAT BREAKFAST thanks to Aysude,Duyude, and Omer all were friendly and very attentive to my needs...The front desk as also very helpful.

Cons: One minor thing was the house keeping was was somewhat inconsistent...with replacing items like water and coffee...but when mentioned it was rectified.

Pros: The location was quite good and so was the breakfast. The room was acceptable and clean.

Cons: Before we booked the hotel we read the reviews and unfortunately they were all true.The Meroddi owns about 7 buildings in the nearby area and there is no guarantee as to where you will be settled.They changed our reservation to another hotel although we had no idea what to expect.The room was freezing cold so we had to ask for extra duvets.We had difficulty communicating with the reception and we asked for another room when they offered to give us an electric heater.After 10 minutes and long phone calls between receptions we realised that they were trying to communicate in a complete chaos.The second room was much better but we had to move our staff in the middle of the night to another building, where the receptionist sent us to a third buildingas much as we enjoy physical exercise walking with luggage at 23:00 while raining in a foreign country does not constitute pleasant vacation.They did offer a bottle of wine and sweets but we were way too frustrated to try them.The peak of the miscommunication was when they gave us wrong breakfast times and we missed one already paid breakfast .

Pros: Almost everything.. it is the third time i stay i this hotel and i have never wanted to change. The hotel is simple but comfy and cozy. The staff are so kind and helpful. I recommend it

Cons: Previously there were more sweet choices for the breakfast like pancakes and so on.. i hope you make them again Sometimes they forget to leave some furnitures when cleaning such as soap and water. But that is ok because they have been always there when we ask for anything.

Pros: I had an exceptional experience at one of Turkey's finest hotels. The receptionist was outstanding, providing detailed insights into tourist attractions and travel options. They even provided a thorough orientation of the room, while the breakfast boasted a wide variety of delicious options. The room was comfortable, with convenient lift access, and they even presented a thoughtful thank-you gift with a note. With its convenient location, I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.
