    If you ever gonna stay , dont ever pay in advance or leave your bank details with them

    Cons: They did a fraud act by withdrawing my reservation with USD despite I am an Egyptian and when confronted the staff they ask me to pay again the amount which I did and they will refund back the difference funny thing the refund was less and lost almost 1200 LE which I am following with booking to refund it back with this fraud management of a hotel
