Pros: Outstanding location with a sea view. Not overpriced excellent value for a 3 star hotel.

Cons: Weather was abysmal but did not spoil the break.

Pros: All the poor staff are lovely. That is all I can say about the place.

Cons: Service at bar was pathetically slow. The bar staff would just wander off half way through serving to do something else or be stood there talking to other staff while we are stood there, on our weekend away, waiting to be served. Sometimes half way through serving me they would walk away and I would have to wait until I am served again by someone else. Consequently Im convinced I had rounds I paid twice for as they would just put it on my room. I also know they tried to put drinks on my room that wasnt my order but fortunately my friends realised and said that isnt there room. So anyone who had a JD AND coke had it put on my bill it would seem. The system went down. Rather than just get out a pen and paper we all stood there not being served. Everyone seemed incapable of there job. However nice a person they are. We got billed for 3 meals when only two of us. This also happened to our friends so clearly a common attempt at over charging. When we spotted it, although corrected this was after half hour of convincing them we didnt have 3 meals as a couple. An umbrella around the pool was taken from us while in the pool by staff, even though all our stuff was on the beds because a NON resident using the pool wanted it. So we left the pool. Having to pay for parking to stay in a hotel you have paid for just seems utter greed to me. Tried to get out at 1.30 in the morning to have a cigarette but all doors were locked and no staff around to let us out. I didnt realise it was a prison we had booked to stay in. With this, the bar was all shut down so you couldnt have a late night cap if you wanted. I thought hotel bars should be open while a resident is drinking.

Staff listenend to my concerns & changed our room. Restsurant staff were accommodating with Mums dietary requiremen

A lovely short stay that was complemented with the hot weather which was made very comfortable with the air conditioning

Pros: The view of the sea & the balcony. The location. The air conditioned room. The pool. The FREE parking in the front forecourt. The housekeepers. Very polite & helpful.

Cons: The extortionate parking fees in the rear car park.

Pros: The service was very good and smiling. The heated swimming pool suited my child very well. Good breakfasts and a good dinner menu.

Cons: The hotel room needs a lot of refreshment. It's a pity that no one warned me that I would need different plugs for phone and tablet chargers. The contacts near the bed were of a very old type, completely incompatible with current plugs. The closest socket to which the chargers could be connected was far from the bedside table. Complete inability to watch TV. The signal kept disappearing. It was impossible to turn on the water in the tap above the bathtub, water was dripping all the time. Generally, the condition and equipment of the room are inadequate to the price of the stay.

Cons: Old fashioned decor, no detachable shower head, payment for parking! Also charged an extra 30 without reason

Great stay will stay again just needs a little money invested to facilities and rooms

Pros: Property is a great location, friendly helpful staff, (family) rooms are a great size

Cons: Some of the facilities need a little updating the outside pool lining is coming away and theres a few trip hazards inside the pool. The indoor pool also needs some investment as tiles are breaking, the pool was closed for a few hours due to maintenance issues.

Pros: Out door pool, staff and bar.

Cons: Rooms and public areas were dirty. The hotel has let their cleanliness go and are full of excuses saying their busy, other hotels busy but still manage to be clean. Mirrors firty throughout hotel. Needs closing for a few weeks and having some money put into it.

Lovely stay, great friendly, helpful staff. But more could be done for wheelchair users

Pros: Friendly helpful staff.

Cons: The decor in parts were shabby and unclean looking. The disability access door was dangerous because it closed on you as you walked through and was also locked at 10pm with no other entrance for wheelchair users. No wheelchair access to the pool and measure areas. Our room had a patio door in the bathroom leading to gardens, there was no blind on the door so people walking past could see you in the shower or on the toilet.
