Pros: The hotel is tastefully decorated. The round bar in the lobby is a great place to hangout before you go out. The rooms are spacious, and have everything you might need.

Cons: I think breakfast buffet could be better. Some items like the cheese selection didn’t look fresh, and breakfast items on the a la carte menu were a little bland.

Pros: The hotel location is great, out of the turistic zone but close to a bus stop and the metro. We really enjoyed the breakfast

Pros: Our room got upgraded to a very high level room, almost at the top, with a view over the city. We could rent bikes in the hotel.

Great location but overpriced hotel...

Pros: The location was excellent it’s has a very spacious comfortable lobby. Breakfast was good. The family rooms are very spacious. The cleaning staff were excellent.

Cons: The staff are unprofessional and just seemed to treat guests with disdain. They changed the breakfast opening times after Easter and didn’t notify the guests properly with a sign etc we came down to be told it was closed I had to complain to the manager they allowed us to eat in the lobby but it was unnecessarily stressful start to the day we were given fruit and water in our room as an apology. But it was the final straw in an average stay. The rooms are very dark and dated looking brown decor everywhere not very appealing. The curtains didn’t close properly. The ventilation was not great you couldn’t open any windows and the air con didn’t work properly so it was stuffy and smelly in the rooms. The shower temperature was very hard to regulate it was cold or boiling hot water. The hotel tried to fix it but I think it needs to be replaced it also leaked water all over the bathroom. The TVs were not smart tv so no Netflix or any kind of steaming and zero English channels . The lifts are very slow so it took ages to get to our rooms sometimes. And silly things like the coffee cups were too big for the coffee machine in the room just didn’t make sense. The swimming pool is just there for the extra star it’s tiny very cold and not in a very welcoming location of the hotel. Don’t book this for the pool it’s not worth it.

Pros: The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are good and the bathrooms are lovely. Great shower and the rooms are tidied everyday. Breakfast is very good, although it's a little pricey. Food at the hotel is generally good.

Cons: The staff are not very welcoming or helpful. The spa costs extra and is not good value.
