Fantastic stay, I would definitely recommend to those who like a more laid back holiday rather than full on big resorts

Pros: The village is immaculate. Staff work extremely hard to make sure the whole place is spotless. The village was big enough for us to have space as a family but not overwhelming so that we lost everyone. The kids could go off on their own but we find them easily enough if need be. It was our first all inclusive and food was good. Other reviews said it was repetitive but if you choose a different meal everyday, theres endless choices. However if you eat like youre at a buffet then its bound to feel repetitive. Staff were accommodating and friendly. We were placed in a different room to our pictures on the booking, they moved us as soon as they could. No where felt too busy considering the village was full. Entertainment was good. Pictures dont do this resort justice

Cons: If I had to find fault, I would say the drinks arent great and do get repetitive.

We had a lovely holiday and would happily return.

Pros: Excellent pool and slide facilities. Very clean and the staff helpful and friendly. They made lots of effort with the entertainment.

Cons: Whilst the location, facilities and staff were very good more effort could have been made separating smokers (of which there seemed to be many) from non-smokers and children, especially around the kids pool areas and restaurant outdoor terrace. We had a two bedroom apartment and would have preferred more than one bathroom/ toilet.

Pros: The property is within walking distance to the city of Side. The location is beautiful and it is near the beach. The garden is green and wide. Reception manager Mr. Gencer is an understanding and helpful person.

Cons: Hallways and dining room are very hot. The dining room is narrow, the tables are very cramped. The food stands are small and the food is very cramped. There is a queue to get food. Desserts are always the same. Village rooms are old, rooms are on a slope and there is a bathtub in the bathroom. Not suitable for the elderly. There are large rocks in the sea. Short of entertainment and no disco. The first room given was very old and not suitable for the elderly. We could not sleep in the second room given next door due to the sound of the air conditioner. The third room 471 was fine. However, we lost a lot of time.

Bravo Melas Holiday Village! You've delivered an amazing experience.

Pros: My overall experience was excellent. The beach is clean and sandy compared to the neighboring hotels. The lounge chairs are cleaned upon your arrival. The cold water fridge is located on the beach. No need of walking back to the bar. The room was spacious and AC was excellent. Dinner was clean and the variety of the food is amazing. Every day was a different theme. Stayed there for 8 nights and it was fantastic. Bravo Melas Holiday Village!

It was poor quality.

Pros: The staff were very rude and arrogant. They werent friendly at all, they made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Along with that, the furniture was old, and was completely unsustainable. The wifi was outrageously horrible. It was slow and it kept disconnecting. I assumed more potential in this hotel, but i was wrong.

Pros: Very nice family resort. I liked the green open spaces. Gardens and flowers. Food in the restaurant was delicious. Staff is friendly and helpful. Turkish restaurant is very good.

Cons: A few things I didnt like. Cocktails ( cheep alcohol), red wine was ok. It is not 5 stars , maybe 4. The beach is not what I expected.

Pros: We liked the village concept, our apartment was very comfortable for a family to stay - we were two couples and two small children. We liked the food and the beach very much. We appreciated the different services that the hotel offered - both payable and free. Reception personnel was very helpful, and housekeeping was attentive to our needs.

Cons: Staff at the restaurant was not very friendly, especially since hearing that not all of us spoke German. Some waiters were looking to be tipped off after every day of service and disliked visitors with children (of which there were very many, of course).
